In reply to: lightboxsize in Virtue gallery
Hello Hananh/Ben – Thanks for the reply. 🙂
Hello Ben, yes- you got it right. After playing it around it seems only for lightboxsize=”medium”, there is some change in the final pop-up output.
For lightboxsize=”large” or lightboxsize=”small” , there wont be any difference in lightbox display size. I am checking in 19″ monitor, so difference is clearly visible. Here is my code:-
[gallery columns="5" link="file" lightboxsize="large" ids="2931,2937,2930,2936,2943,2933,2934,2941,2942,2944,2935,2932,2938,2939,2940"]Cache cleared after every chgange. Am I missing something ?
Cheers,
AriIn forum: Virtue ThemeHello,
I’ve been setting up w3 total cache and I’m finding that my images in the flexslider are not loading at all. That being said I think it doesn’t minify properly So I’d like to omit that specific script in the minify settings but I’m having a hard time figuring out the JS associated with it. any idea how to figure this out or where to look for it. or if you know exactly which script it is that’s ok too!
thank you in advance for any advice.

October 14, 2015 at 11:19 am #62723Hey,

In forum: Virtue ThemeOctober 13, 2015 at 1:41 pm #62593Hey,
The thread you linked to is from 3 years ago… that isn’t an issue now.to prove my point the header.php file you used is not actually used in the theme. It’s there for plugins but there is actually no output you could place whatever you want in there and it wouldn’t show on your site. What more likely happened is you waited some time for the cache to clear.

October 9, 2015 at 12:37 pm #62113You have some javascript errors on your site and one 404,
Start by going into the theme options > typography settings. And where you set the body font to Verdana, re-select verdana.
Then your js errors all seem to be related to an cached fine. When you updated through wordpress did you clear all your caching, are you using any caching plugins?

October 9, 2015 at 9:42 am #620631. Microsoft edge is not a good browser. They think it’s “smart” but then you can see it right on your site. Theres no reason other then browser. Thats why its best to force the browser to shut it off.
2. I see all the code and I see the favicon.
Since the update with wordpress you don’t need to set the theme options > misc settings favicon any more that might be conflicting with your site and the caching on your site.
Clear your cache.

October 8, 2015 at 1:12 am #61915Yeah I already put the code in Theme Option -> Virtue Premium -> Advance Setting -> Custom CSS Box but I see no changes even I cleared cache, cookies, empty cache + hard reload and many more I tried, but no changes.
Then I install Custom CSS plugin for WordPress, and put the code you gave, and there have been changes, the navigation button going to the left but still under the logo.
Now I already put the code back into Theme Option -> Virtue Premium -> Advance Setting -> Custom CSS Box, and the navigation still under the logo, but its to the left.
This is how the navigation showing when browsing using smartphone : http://i.imgur.com/KdAMkBg.jpg
And this is how the navigation button showing when browsing using pc : http://i.imgur.com/vSRrzjL.png

October 7, 2015 at 11:25 pm #61905wp-super cache has to be deleted every time I make a change? really! that seems like a lot of work! – Yes it does and yes we agree thats why we don’t recommend using that plugin.
w3 total cache is much better and you should only add caching once your done developing your site.
If you can post a login I would be happy to help with this. Right now there is no output for the icon menu on your site which means if you have it enabled there is caching preventing it from showing.

October 7, 2015 at 4:41 pm #61868Your server is blocking me from your admin. You need to allow ip from US
You need to activate the wp-super cache. Go to settings > wp-super cache and turn it off. Then you can deactivate.

October 7, 2015 at 1:30 pm #61823fyi, I can see the code in your site that shows you have wp-super cache running. If you every activated the plugin then its running until you turn it off in the settings. You can’t deactivate the plugin (and have that make any effect) without turning it off in the settings.
