    Did you clear super cache after you got this right and set in your theme options?

    What browser and what windows version?
    Windows 10: MS Edge, FireFox, Google Chrome 44.0.2403.157 m

    Also try clearing your cache in your browser?
    I did before answering you before (regarding “sorry no changes”)

    Also are you using a web firewall? That might be blocking the google font?
    Maby:
    I have had W10 for some weeks. The font error came this morning (OR not notising it before)
    So I could be a firewall update f…. it up.

    I can’t recreate your error.
    The funny thing is, that if I in Firefox Firebug click fx
    h1 {
    * font-family: Lato;
    font-size: 38px;
    font-style: normal;
    font-weight: 400;
    line-height: 40px;
    }
    click OUT “font-family: Lato;” then the h1 font again looks right – and dont change to “Time New Roman” when I click out all “overwritten” fonts (inclusiv “body”), first if I click out “first css”:
    html {
    * font-family: sans-serif;
    }
    (ALL) fonts looks bad again

    You would do well to add caching. W3 totat cache (free) or if your willing to pay wp-rocket.

    Certainly sounds like a timing out issue with cache. What caching plugin are you using? Are you using caching on mobile?

    Can you get anything like this to happen on the demos?

    I am seeing things like the following:

    A picture (or two) in a gallery will only show the top 2/3 of the pic, and the bottom 1/3 will be black. And it’s not just galleries. For example, on this page:

    http://kiosk.pabakery.com/decorated-cakes/

    …some of the Image Menus (buttons) appear partially black, too. The weird thing is that it happened on 2 out of 3 iPads, yet all three were new out of the box – the loading issues just seem to be random (but once they happen, they don’t go away, even if I clear the browser cache). To me, it seems like a caching problem, but refreshing doesn’t help, and it’s completely inconsistent, but always on mobile.

    I have the same issues in my office where some of my iPhone 5s show Virtue Theme-based mobile sites just fine, while the EXACT SAME DEVICE will have some loading issue…sometime no Rev Sliders will show, but again, it’s inconsistent and seems to happen on one device but not the other. Note though that I don’t generally have these loading issues – just on sites I’ve built with the Virtue Theme (sites on the same server build differently don’t seem to have the issue.)

    It doesn’t happen on desktops ever (can’t reproduce it at all on Windows nor Mac) as far as I can tell. It’s always on mobile (iPhone/iPad) devices, and consistently has issues.

    Sometimes, on certain sites I’ve built with Virtue, on certain devices, the Rev Slider won’t load at all – it’ll just have a blank space where the slider should be. Again, it will come and go, but when it happens, it keeps happening for a while until some random time in the future when the behavior will change with no know cause.

    I hope this helps.

    I am experiencing a lot of problems with gallery images randomly breaking on some mobile devices, but not others, and then for no reason with no changes, images will start breaking differently on a device and things that didn’t work before will start working again.

    I just set up three fresh, clean iPad, and in accessing a particular website, two of the iPads were fine and the other had problems with certain images, and clearing caches and things didn’t it.

    It just seems like on mobile things from the virtue been randomly beak – but this doesn’t happen on desktop. It’s not just this one website either, I seem to have intermittent mobile problems with most sites built on virtue theme. ( and I don’t experienced the same problem on other sites build not using this theme.)

    Is there a known bug here, or some underlying problem that can be resolved?

    I want to continue using mean, but when details really matter and everything must work, there just seems to be too many intermittent problem on mobile devices that I don’t. When using other themes.

    Please help.

    Yes, I have cleared the cache.
    This happens when the header is shrinking, it doesn’t shrink enough like when the top bar is visible.

    Ive cleared my cache but this one seems to only place it on the right of the logo, I will stop fiddling with the theme for a while so the problem should be visible now on the site

    #55300

    I’m not seeing that. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    The css should work for all header styles. Try setting it back and clearing your cache.

    I can see you’re using wp-super cache. This plugin requires you clear your cache after every change is made. Are you doing this? I also am seeing several 404 errors on your site which could be caused by a conflicting plugin. Try deactivating to test.

    Yes clearing cache.

    #55186

    Are you clearing your cache? Sounds to me like that’s the issue.

    Some clear up after a while

    What does that mean? If you can go into the theme options > home layout and items are disabled. Then “after a while” you go back and they are back to enabled?

    One important thing. If your using caching its absolutely important that you clear your cache when you update. Are you doing that?

    Hey,
    I’m not seeing that in your css box. Have you tried clearing your cache? Also check your custom css that everything is closed properly.

    Many thanks

    Ok yikes there support isn’t even close.. thats awful.

    This doesn’t have anything to do with cache.

    Be really clear with them. This doesn’t have to do with cache. It’s a ajax save function in the wordpress admin. It’s being blocked. Check the php error logs for why. And while your talking with them have them increase your php settings.
