, Looks like you have a js error. Your using wp-super cache so I can’t tell what. Best thing to do it go to settings > wp-super cache. delete that cache then turn off caching and then post back here.Ben

Are you using pagebuilder? Are you clearing your cache?I suggest using https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/
For widgets that way you can have to widgets set up and one is set for each language.
2. Try adding a fourth make it the same as the first then remove the first and put the forth in it’s place.
Else it’s important to note that you can do all the translations through the home page content by using the “virtue shortcodes” to add an icon menu item instead of through the theme options.

August 18, 2015 at 12:07 am #54056Well your image is showing at 262×90 so I would suggest just uploading that. Optimizing means that you compress your images though a program like photoshop and save theme with 72 ppi and the pixel size you need. The big thing is the compression. Using jpgs can help.
Also you seem to be self hosting videos. And for your users I strongly suggest using a video host like vimeo or youtube rather then self hosting and having every visitor have to download those video files.
w3 total cache or wp rocket cache are plugins you can install. One is free. Once you install you can activate things like page caching and browser caching. If your going to use w3 total cache I suggest contacting your host for the best settings. Rocket cache isn’t free but they have support that can help you with the settings.

Ben,
Thanks. I will reduce the logo. I do not know what “optimize for Web” means. Can you give me a clue in pixels?
The site you sent is cool but I have no idea what you mean by “You should also use some caching like w3 total cache or wp rocket cache.” Can you provide a little more information?
Grateful for your help.
Gary

August 17, 2015 at 4:31 pm #54016You need to optimize your site… your logo for starters is huge http://avela.com/wp-content/uploads/AVELA-Logo-Web-copy.png resize that for web.
see how your page size is 18mb. http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/djd9ru/http://avela.com/
You want it to be around 2mb.
You should also use some caching like w3 total cache or wp rocket cache.

August 17, 2015 at 12:06 pm #53947Hey Ben,
setting the headerfont unfortunately did not solve the price and blog date in IE. I deactivated W3 and cleared browser cache, but still it shows the wrong font(I had set headerfont to Raleway).ANd regarding the tabs: Could you tell me how to properly hange the font and font size and padding because whenever I use
ul.tabs.wc-tabs{font-family:…} the layout breaks…In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Home Icon Menu
August 17, 2015 at 9:01 am #53886Hey,
You still have super cache running..
As I said you have to turn it off before you remove. Else it’s on even if you deactivate the plugin. Right now you need to re-activate the plugin then delete cache. turn the caching off. Then deactivate.Ben

August 17, 2015 at 2:21 am #53837We don’t recommend using it.
I suggest turning it off in the settings. then deactivating it.
If you want good caching use w3 total cache.

August 17, 2015 at 2:08 am #53832ok you just linked to a plugin… If you want plugin support let us know upfront what your talking about.
Now. That plugin would work not well but it will hide page titles. What page are you adding this to? are you clearing the cache?
