Hi jacky,
1. WP super cache is hard to work with. You have to clear your cache after every change is made and it often seems to create problems.
2. You just need to go into the super cache settings and turn caching off then deactivate and delete. Then just install and activate another plugin like normal. We suggest w3 total cache – https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
3. Just clear your cache before you turn it off and you should be golden.

I’ve installed it, since the beginning, but if you recommend another caching plugin, i’d like to understand
1. why?
2. what is the procedure if we change
3. can’t we lose data if we change?

I just want to be careful and not lose my work

2. Cleared my cache, set up category via woocommerce > Product > category, set up RETRO UPCYCLED LUGGAGE LABEL NIGHT LIGHT, no parent, under display type – chose default.

new category did not show up on PRODUCT CATEGORY PAGE. This is exactly the pathway I followed a dozen times before and the result is the same.

Suggestions?

Hi,
I’m not seeing the revolution slider over the header…what browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?
So you just want the menu closer to the logo, correct? Try adding this to your custom css box in theme options > advanced settings:

.kad-header-style-three #nav-main {
    float: left;
}

You are using total cache. Are you clearing your cache?

You also have some bad css in your custom css output.. like this:

.select2-drop-mask {background:#FFF200'}

.select2-container 
{background-color:#ffffff;"}

You should not have " or ' so it should be more like:

.select2-drop-mask {background:#FFF200}

.select2-container {background-color:#ffffff;}

that was just a quick glance there might be more.

This doesn’t work because I have WPEngine. They don’t allow W3 Cache.
Any other ideas?

Hey,
Check out this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/

That will give you the option to minify and if you really want async load. The plugin above is the best way to get a speed improvement.

Also it doesn’t always make sense to async load javascript files the sites that tell you to do that are giving overall advice not site specific and there are reasons that you should not async load. The important focus should be actual page load time.

3. I don’t see this have you cleared your cache?

4. in your checkout page settings you have turned on “force ssl” but unless you have actual ssl on your server that will only cause the message you are seeing. You need to turn that off.

5. in your theme options > advanced settings add this:

@media (max-width: 767px){
    form.woocommerce-shipping-calculator {min-width: 0;}
}

1. There is no way to use “page caching”. You can use browser caching though. w3 total cache allows you to turn “page caching” off just for the front page.

2. I don’t recommend deactivating wp-cron unless you really understand what your doing. I am not aware of a issue with woocommerce but I suggest contacting them for details.

then I created 4 different icons and save it. going to review page but here is no buttons added. then I am coming after 2 hours and its coming active – i see icons.

how I can work with this theme if i can see all changes only after long time?

I was trying other functions, changes after long long time… really cant work.

please help me to move from this matter…

I still see the map in France, in Pinnacle demo as well as on my site, even after clearing cache.
