    Hey,
Did you clear your cache? You have to clear your cache in super cache after every change you make.

    Hey Guys,
I’m confused on where your at and saying this like “Cyclone slider pro must be activated and Kadence slider deactivated” doesn’t make much sense. If that helps it would likely help because it would force the minify cache to rebuild. which is important to do when you update regardless. Can one of your post a login so I can see the w3 total cache settings and make sure to post a link to the page your having problems with.

I had same problem, my site was destroyed after Theme update…But after 5-10 minutes everything came back. But next day I discovered that Woocommerce my-account page is still destroyed. I deleted page and installed again, I cleaned cache 1000 times without any result…On the end I followed Hannah advice and I tested plugins. I deactivated all plugins and I found out that in my case is some funny combination. Cyclone slider pro must be activated and Kadence slider deactivated, but funniest thing is that I use Revolution slider..

I can say problem is solved, if I can call it solved?…It means that in future I have to keep always Cyclone slider activated, which is no solution for me….
Do you have any idea how to really fix that?…

To try and rebuild the files, I clicked on this:
To rebuild the minify cache use the operation. to make existing file modifications visible to visitors with a primed cache.

    That didn’t seem to help.

Is there another way to recreate the minify files?

Under W3 general settings, I had minify on auto rather than manual.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hey,
After updating did you clear your cache. That was the solution for the other user that posted yesterday. They just had to clear there cache.. with caching you have to clear it with updates.

    Hey Kimberly,
More than likely this is a caching issue. W3 total cache shouldn’t cause issues. Is that the only caching site you’ve used? Are you sure all your cache was cleared?

It’s the W3 Total Cache Plugin. When I uninstall, the site is correct.
    Shouldn’t it be compatible?

AFter playing the w3 total cache settings, it is the minify specifically that I had to disable to get the site to work with w3 total cache.

I know you don’t make the plugin, but I thought to ask here because this only happened after the recent update.

    Thanks!

When I view my site, I see, on my computer, a large mobile version of my site.
When a friend looks at it, from their computer, they see the site as it should be.

I trying clearing my cache and my cdn, and I still have the menuless, odd, mobile version of my site on my computer.

Yes, sorry I should have been more explicit. I have reverted to the previous version so now I have no immediate eissue.
Yes I have wpsuper cache installed.

After the update was installed the web pages did not render correctly.

I see others have been having issues – I’ll wait to see if there is a resolution before updating again.

    Thanks for thr response

    Hey,
So after updating did you clear your caching in w3 total cache? Especially the minify and page cache?

I’m looking at your site now and not seeing a mobile view?

    Hi,

I have already tried with clearing cache.thanks.

There is a 10 centimeter space between featured products & top selling products. How to decrease it? please check it on website link.

I dont understand what you say that ” I’m not sure how you can make the space smaller without cutting into the title”

    Thanks,
    Pranav

I can definitely see that it made a difference. And I’m not sure how you can make the space smaller without cutting into the title. Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Hey,
So that doesn’t make sense: /domains/arc-cz/arc/www_root/web/wp-content/plugins/kadence-slider/cmb/helpers/woocommerce.php

There is no woocommerce.php file in the kadence-slider.

Your link just redirects me to http://www.arc.cz/web_en/

My guess for you speed is you need caching enabled. Are you using w3 total cache?

    Hi Jim,
Thanks for all the info! Sure does help when people give details.
I’m actually seeing your menu on mobile. Just checked on an iphone5. I see you’re using WP Super Cache. With that you need to clear your cache every time a change is made.

It is the Tag Assistant plugin in Chrome browser.

    There is no cache.

Oh yeah. Clearing the cache helped! Thanks.

    #40425

Hey, I’m seeing testimonials on both. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?
