    Hey!
    Be sure that you’re clearing your cache. Are you able to post a link?

    Kindly,

    Hey,
    Thanks for reaching out! I just tested this and had no issue. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Apologies, i never got an email about your reply and only just seen it. You can see it in the news section here: lifegroup.life

    Yes, cache is cleared.

    If you shrink the horizontal width of desktop browser to minimum (so mobile version appears) it also seems to exhibit the same problem on some of the lines (which is where i got the ‘not consistently’ idea from above), but not all of them. But on mobile browsers (Safari, FF, Chrome) there’s no spacing on any of the lines.

    See here (live preview / live site):

    Hello,

    Do you have any other plugins enabled? Have you attempted disabling plugins one-by-one to see if there is something causing that? Have you cleared your caches as well?

    Thanks!

    Chris

    Hi Gina,
    I’m a fan of WP Rocket or Cache Enabler. 🙂

    Best,

    Hi Karla

    Yes CDN is disabled, cache has been already cleared.

    When I change the theme to “twenty-twenty one”, it works and it looks like it’s supposed to be: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zddypbo2s4miclx/Theme%20Switch.gif?dl=1

    In the video, you can see that there are stars and UI looks better. But here is Kadence activated look: https://noiseash.com/frozenverb-cusomer-reviews/

    Kadence seems like loading css but actually styles doesn’t work.

    The issue is theme related. Please help.

    Hmm, can you confirm that all your cache has been cleared?

    Hi Ian,
    Thanks for reaching out! Have you cleared your mobile cache? Can you post a link?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Yes I cleared all the caches. I looked through the troubleshooting and that did not help.

    We are about to update to the Kadence theme, so unless that error is critical or causing the site not to work we will leave it be.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

    Just to confirm – do you want the product images to follow the main image width you’ve set? If so, kindly add this in Customizer > Additional CSS so that the single product images will not occupy the full width of its columns:

    .woocommerce div.product div.images img {
        width: auto;
        margin: 0 auto;
    }

    This is how the image should look like after applying the changes – https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQu7eOkB. Please make sure you purge any cache you have after saving changes so they will be applied right away.

    Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Regards,
    Karla

    Sorry it’s now sorted!!! The code you gave me did work. I notice a lot that Kadence often doesn’t seem to show changes in the preview or even when you refresh your browser. I quite Chrome and emptied the cache and I saw the changes.

    I installed a cache plugin to see if that will help even though I’m working on my Mac locally using Mamp. Kadence does seem to have issues showing changes. Any best practice advice to get around this very welcome. I am starting to enjoy using Kadence now so thanks for a really good product.

    Yes of course!
    As i told it works, i clean cache all the time
    for example before i edited 3 files!

    template-parts > content > comments-list.php entry_related.php single-entry.php
    And no problem! 3 files edited and theme read the child php files when i make changes on it.

    BUT!
    In this original kadence folder /inc/components/comments/
    there is a function.php and i think wee need to do something in here

    I think we need to do something with /inc/components/comments/function.php
    Should we add any line to child kadance theme function.php?

    Thanks

    Hey,
    Thanks for reaching out! Are you clearing your cache after making these changes? Are you able to post a link to your site?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    #268395

    Hey,
    I would recommend using a caching plugin, such as WP Rocket or Cache Enabler. Doing so can really improve your DOM size. I haven’t heard of others experiencing the errors that you’re getting so I think the issue is more to do with the content you’re using.

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hello,

    Do you have caching or a third-party CDN/Caching service enabled on the site and if so, have you cleared those caches?

    Thanks!

    Tried recreating. Deleted all slides saved settings. Deleted caches. Readded some slides. Same issue.

    v 4.10.1

    This is with the basic “Slider Equal Ratio Images” slider

    I tried the Kadence Slider and that uses different overlays which look correct.

    Hi Henri,
    I just tested your site on safari and was not experiencing this. Have you cleared your cache? Can you send screenshots?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    #268312

    I just noticed that the forward button for the slider on my site has greyed out / whited out.

    I have posted screen shot. Any ideas? I have cleared caches and tried other browsers in private/incognito mode and it doesn’t appear to be client side.
