Topic: Google reCaptcha hide
August 30, 2021 at 9:51 am #267528I’m posting this as a new thread because it’s been 12 days as a question on a another thread that was a similar problem, with no response:
I’ve been having the same problem with the reCaptcha badge displaying on every single page as well. I had worked out how to remove it by dequeueing the “ktv3-google-recaptcha” script with some logic to decide which page it should be on. But then I found you seem to have a filter called ‘kadence_recaptcha_v3_load_every_page’, so I just set that to false and it works. Sort of. If you’re logged in already it only shows the badge on the pages that are selected in the plugin settings, but if you logout it continues to show the badge on every page. I’ve cleared the cache and even turned it off and cleared the browser cache etc. and it doesn’t help.
I am also doing the same thing on another website where it works perfectly using the ‘kadence_recaptcha_v3_load_every_page’ filter. The only difference on that site is that I’m not using Kadence theme.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
There is a new update for the Kadence Theme(v1.1.2) and upon checking on my test website, the issue is not happening. Please update to the latest version to see if that will fix the issue on your end as well.
If you have any website caching, kindly purge the cache after updating.

August 24, 2021 at 1:09 pm #267454I can’t recreate any issue with the transition no your home page or other pages. Did you clear your cache after making the change.
Can you send a screen shot of your console log: https://kadence-theme.com/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/how-to-view-console-log-errors/

In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Drop Down Menu (Product Page_
Hello Matt,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Upon checking the page you’ve specified, I can see the dropdown is working fine – https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5uREBQp. Were you able to resolve the issue already?
I can see you’re using the Virtue Premium theme and if the issue still happens on your end, go to Theme Options > Misc Settings and turn off the Select2 Select option, purge your website cache, and clear your browser cache to see if it will be fixed.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

In forum: Kadence ThemeAugust 13, 2021 at 7:12 am #267291A fine thread! Would definitely save it and use for blogs initiate. Indeed the PHP redis extension and their caches have stormed in the development world. As it allows for replication and strong durability options, something most caching systems don’t support.
In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Blog Post Titles on Blog page missing
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Upon checking, the post titles are there but H5 tags were set to have the color white – https://share.getcloudapp.com/jku4JGLd. Kindly go to Theme Options > Typography and double-check the color selected for the H5 Headings options. I would recommend changing the color to a darker one.
After saving changes, purge any website plugin or server cache.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

That worked, thank you. But now I have run into another problem.
For some reason, the transition now just hangs in some instances. When this happens, it will just keep running the spinner on the overlay and never reveal the content. Weird thing is, that the content is still enabled, I can ie. click links under the overlay.
This happens seemingly randomly on any page, but these usages seem to trigger it more often:
– when the user clicks a link to the same page/post where he is (ie. home on home, particular post link when viewing that post)
– when returning to the home pageI tested this on PC Edge and Chrome + mobile Android Chrome, all show the same behaviour. Also logged in and logged out. Flushed cache on the server side and on the browser. Disabled all plugins except Generatepress and Kadence.
I have no idea what could be causing this. Lazy load?
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Woocommerce Add to Cart button is missing
Hello Mike,
Thank you for reaching out to us and I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue.
Upon checking, there are CSS styles from your child theme that hides the add to cart button – https://share.getcloudapp.com/Wnu0d4ob. Kindly remove or comment out those lines and purge any cache you may have after saving the changes to see if that will fix the issue.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

KarlaIn forum: Kadence ThemeHi
I’m absolutely loving Kadence theme, Thanks.
One issue though…
Changes i’m making aren’t showing up on the front end, or only show up after multiple saves, quitting, clearing my browser cache
(I’m using chrome lighthouse to view changes)Specifically kadence blocks – mobile Margins left/right
I’ve emptied/deleted cache and also removed the caching plugin altogether.
Pls advise?

Hello,
Apologies, I sent two identical screen recording links by mistake. This is the other screen recording I wanted to show you – https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuYLbnY. On this screen recording, I was clicking on the “The Ultimate Survival Guide for Widows” image.
Upon checking your webpage now, I cannot see a link on the image anymore. Did you remove it? Kindly view the page on your mobile’s incognito mode for Google Chrome browser to see if it is a browser cache issue.

KarlaIn forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Eliminae space between a row and an image block
Hello Sandy,
Upon checking the page, I can see margin values for the image block which is why there is a space in between your rows – https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uxm1ZW. Since you have caching and CSS files combination, I cannot see for sure where that style is coming from.
You can add this in Theme Options > Custom CSS to remove top margins of the image blocks:
.wp-block-image { margin-top: 0; }Kindly purge any cache after saving changes to make sure it will reflect on your pages.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

July 26, 2021 at 11:50 am #267046I’ve also just encountered this issue. Thank you for the clear OBJECT CACHE suggestion, Ofer.
I was building a new site, so here’s what I did:
– Kadence child theme and basic plugins active (security, seo, caching, backup)
– Installed and activate Kadence PRO, Kadence Blocks PRO Extension
– Realized I hadn’t installed Kadence Blocks, so installed and activated
– Got too many redirects error
– Changed Kadence Block plugin folder name on server
– Reloaded Admin and deactivated all plugins, reverted to Twenty Twenty-One theme
– Reactivated only Kadence Blocks
– Got too many redirect errors again
– Went here and tried clear OBJECT CACHE
– It works
– Reactivated plugins and Kadence child theme
– Everything still worksI’m not sure what in there caused it to need to clear Object Cache, but that fixed the issue.
UPDATE: Got email from install, with following:

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: crop thumbnail not working in gallery
Hello Christine,
Once you crop an already existing image, the cropped image version will be stored as a separate file. Thus, you’ll need to rebuild the thumbnails of each image you cropped so that the proper thumbnail URLs will be available and used by the gallery block.
I did this again and recorded the whole screen recording for your reference. Now, you can see the 3rd row, 3rd image thumbnail as correct. For the other images you cropped, try to rebuild their thumbnails as well and purge the cache to see if that will fix your issue.
