    I don’t think you should trust whatever you used to scan your site, I don’t see any flash content.

    While on your site I do see an issue with “omappapi” which I belive has to do with OptinMonster. It appears you may not have that setup correctly. I suggest you start there.

    In wprocket settings you can clear your cache, it will auto clear every 10 hours or so.

    Hi Scrap that.

    It seems that the option in WP Fastest Cache (“Don’t show the cached version for desktop to mobile devices”) wasn’t active.
    It seems to be working now. All good.

    problem page:

    the [woocommerce_my_account] causes the my-account page to freeze and be unresponsive on mobiles AND iPads… Latest editions.

    On desktops it runs great.

    I’ve tried disabling all plugins and also removed and refreshed cache plugin.. Nothing helps.

    Please can you let me know what the issue might be?

    I mistakenly hit reply to your last email. Oops. Oddly, I am using Chrome also on a Chromebook. I checked it again and still in edit mode for the home page I only see the left side of the blocks. The page itself renders fine in view mode, but I can’t add or update certain blocks because if this partial view.

    I tried WordPress debug again and still get the message at the top of that page that is also in the php error log ISALLOW_FILE_EDIT already defined in /www/planetprinceton_149/public/wp-config.php on line 39” while reading response header from upstream, client: 195.74.38.139, server: planetprinceton.com

    I tried clearing my browser cache, shutting down the computer, rebooting, logging back in, still see the split screen. It’s the darndest thing. I keep wondering if the Modern Tribe Calendar is still part of the problem, though as I said even if I disable all the Modern Tribe plugins I still see the problem…Though I didn’t try deleting the Modern Tribe shortcode/block from the homepage, but not sure that should matter if I disabled the plugins.

    Yeah I delete the cache with Autoptimize everytime I change.

    Are you clearing the cache in your device though?

    And are you adding this css?

    If you are that means you are overriding in ways I don’t understand so I need to see all that you are adding or understand why you are adding this. Meaning if you are adding this what else might you be adding to break things.

    Weird. I did clearing the page cache and the problem is fixed.

    The weird thing is that before this I cleared ALL cache and it didn’t make a difference…

    Hi,

    I was testing the differents between the lazy loading from autoptimize plugin and the bj lazy load plugin.

    But after the test I went back to my homepage and the whole homepage layout is off…

    Already tried deleting the cache and cookies, but that doesn’t work.

    Also deactivated the autoptimize, w3 total cache plugin and bj lazy load plugin to be sure that isn’t causing the problem. Problem still occurs..

    Since the last code you gave me, overlay issue has gone but now some of the products are attached together time to time.
    Yeah I delete the cache with Autoptimize everytime I change.

    Are you clearing your browser cache and site cache? I just tested that page on an iPhone and Galaxy without any issue.

    I’m noticing some odd css, are you adding this:

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
    .products div.product .product_item {
        display: flex;
        flex-direction: column;
    }
    }

    With that added it’s best to add this as well:

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
    .products div.product .product_item a.product_item_link {
        margin: 0 auto;
        float: none;
        width: 100%;
        padding: 0;
        text-align: center;
    }
    .products div.product .product_item img {
        margin: 0 auto !important;
    }

    Hey,
    I can see from the front end that your issues have to do with scripts you’ve added.

    specifically with: mojo/signup-forms/Loader and the MailChimp code you have.

    If you look online you can find thousands of reports of how bad mailchimps javascript is, it’s always had issues running with WordPress. Especially if you try to optimize with a plugin like fastest cache. I always suggest using plugin instead of their javascript.

    I moved your scripts to the footer output, which at least allows your site to load better, I also turned off some settings in fastest cache. I suggest leaving those off or testing really well.

    Understand that because you are using Mailchimps code and pulling it from there site it can change at any time and break. (another reason to use a plugin).

    Hello Ben and Co. – Loving Ascend theme and blocks pro. For some reason tonight when I went to add a post grid block to the homepage of planetprinceton.com by clicking “edit page” I received a critical error. I can access the site, plugins, posts, etc. but can’t try to change the home page or the critical error message appears. I deactivated every plugin and it was fine, I could edit the homepage. I then activated the Kadence and Kadence Pro plugins and the error returned. I’ve run site health check, reviewed themes, plugins and other settings, cleared cache, rebooted php, reloaded versions of the plugins and nothing fixes this. I’m attaching the message I received when I ran the debugger. I have no idea what it means! Otherwise, the plugins and theme have been great thanks.
