Hey,

Yes. I cleared the cache, I removed an RTL plugin and changed the site language to RTL, suggested Ben. Voila.

But the bullet points are not showing any indent. Give me a css code to add in the advanced settings so that the bullet points show an indent of 30px.

I just tested the right on top collapse order in page builder and had no issues. Have you cleared your cache?
I don’t know of a function that would allow you to custom set the collapse order.

All sorted out by a friend. We switched off the “never cache this page”. And changed some setting in the advanced cache option.

None of your pages seem to be loading properly for me when viewing from mobile. Have you cleared your cache? My next suggestion would be to deactivate your plugins to test if any are conflicting. Let me know if there’s no change.

Using numeric order on staff grid with no CSS and the page displays staff in a different order on different computers/devices? There’s 15 staff entries with order #’s like 10,20,30 all the way thru 120 or so, and the last 5 or so won’t show in correct order. Disabled cache and tried changing staff page content in case it was a cache issue but still no change in order. Phone/mobile appears to display correctly. Suggestions?

I know of a lot of users who use W3 Total Cache with our themes and have no issue. Though this plugin has been known to conflict with some hosting companies. I would suggest using this plugin for caching: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cache-enabler/

Looks like W3 Total Cache is conflicting with Kadence Product Gallery. After disabling this plugin i cannot reproduce the problem. Can you check?

Flushed all caches. Opened page. Could not reproduce it for some time. Pressed refresh. Opened one of product pictures, slide left, left, thumbs disappeared.

No this site uses the Ascend Premium theme using a Child template

I just updated Ascend to the latest version and everything else is up to date including Plugins

I have cleared the cache and rebooted my computer but still the Portfolio type is not showing in the Block editor
