August 16, 2018 at 11:26 am #199042Sounds like you have a CDN turned no your w3 total cache settings but that you don’t have it set up correctly. I suggest starting there and making sure your CDN is set up correctly

I’m not seeing anything obvious that would be causing this. Are you having any trouble saving your theme options? It could be that your php memory needs to be increased. Your host should be able to help you with that. Also, is your cache being cleared?

Blocked meaning password protected.
I sometimes when developing put the page as hidden until it’s up correctly and then unblock it. this time, i kept unblocking it and it jumped back to blocked (password required) and I would delete the cache, try again and it did the same thing!

August 13, 2018 at 11:45 am #198722Hello. I am having the same problem as described above. After the latest update, all my portfolio links were broken and getting a 404 error message. My first instinct was to verify my portfolio settings; and they were as intended, so I re-saved my theme settings and then refreshed my permalinks, but that did not work out this time. It actually made it WORSE as now the pages are on a constant re-direct loop, generating a “too many redirects message”… Please help!
Update: the “too many redirects” went away after I deleted all my cache files BUT the links still say “portfolio” instead of what I have set up under “portfolio options”. I have re-saved my permalinks and deleted my caches numerous times, to no avail.
P.S.: I use Virtue Premium “Bold” on my site.

Yes, this was my first instinct… I re-saved the permalinks and cleared both the WP Rocket and Cloudflare cache… the portfolio articles still show as “portfolio”

I’m using the free version of Interactive 3D FlipBook for a pdf a client wants as a flipbook on their website.
*Login to see linkAfter installation the flipbook displays perfectly on the page via shortcode, but when trying to edit widgets in the primary sidebar the SiteOrigin widget fields appear blank (Sidebar > Layout Builder > SiteOrigin Editor widgets)
I’ve cleared cache, re-saved the permalinks
Any suggestions?

Hi my blog and “In the news” section keeps defaulting to “blocked page” even when I uncheck the box in the editor’s panel, it keeps jumping back to this blocked page thing and prompting my users to submit log in details before viewing. I have cleared the cache several times and tried different browser settings etc so am at a bit of a loss.
