Good day, I have tried the below solution as you recommended:

    Hi there!

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

Please note that this block’s default style is to only show the posts’ titles on hover. If you want to override that style, you can add this custom CSS code in Customizer > Additional CSS:

    .kb-blocks-portfolio-content-hover-zoomin .kb-blocks-portfolio-grid-item .kb-portfolio-content-item-inner {
    opacity: 1;
    }
This will be applied to all Portfolio Grid/Carousel blocks on your website. If you have any website cache, clear it after saving your changes.

I hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Regards,
    Karla

However it doesn’t display the portfolio and only displays when I hover over it. So it is invisible. Here is the page link: https://staging.aninaharmse.co.za/gallery/

    Kindly assist in resolving soonest.
    Many thanks

I’m experiencing an issue with the Kadence plugin on my website, After updating to the latest version, I’m encountering an error where the site fails to load, displaying a “500 Internal Server Error.” I’ve tried disabling all other plugins to rule out conflicts, but the problem persists. This error occurs immediately after updating the Kadence theme and clearing the site cache. The site should load normally, but instead, it crashes. I’d appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you need more information or access to my website. Thank you.

Urgent: Kadence Theme Header Builder Not Loading and Causing Site Crashes

    Hello Kadence Support Team,

I’m reaching out on behalf of VapeMart, as we’re encountering a significant issue with the Kadence theme on our website (https://agwa.pro/). After updating to the latest version of Kadence, we’ve noticed that the Header Builder within the WordPress Customizer is no longer loading correctly. Every attempt to access it results in the Customizer freezing, and on several occasions, it has caused our entire site to crash, leading to a 500 Internal Server Error.

This issue is particularly concerning as it impacts our ability to manage and update the header, which is crucial for maintaining the professional appearance and functionality of VapeMart. Here are the steps we’ve taken so far to troubleshoot:

Deactivated All Plugins: We tried deactivating all plugins to rule out conflicts, but the issue persists even with a bare minimum setup.

Increased PHP Memory Limit: We increased the PHP memory limit to 512M to ensure the site has sufficient resources, but this did not resolve the problem.

Cleared Cache: We cleared the site cache and tried accessing the Header Builder again, but the error still occurs.

Checked Server Error Logs: Our server logs indicate a recurring issue with the Kadence theme files, leading to the 500 Internal Server Error.

Given that the Header Builder is a critical component of our site, we urgently need your assistance to resolve this issue. Any guidance or a patch to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated, as we are eager to get our site back to full functionality without these disruptions.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Hi Michael,

I deactivated and deleted Kadence theme, cleared cache and reinstalled. With Twenty-Four theme the footer showed, but when I reinstalled Kadence it’s again not there.

    Hi there,

    That is odd indeed.

Your footer wouldn’t be removed by removing a footer widget like the Copyright widget.

Have you checked if it is something caching related?

If you are using are caching plugin and a CDN service like Cloudflare, try to also check if the issue is not caching related by clearing all your cache: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/clearing-your-website-cache/

    Try this.

    – Deactivate and delete Kadence theme.
    – Clear your cache and reinstall using the latest version.
    – See if the issue persists.

Are you using custom CSS? If you are, can you verify you did haven’t accidentally hidden it using CSS?

Also, can you send us a link to your website where we can see the issue?

Let us know how we could help you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Michael Taro

    #290812

    Hi there,

Glad you reached out, happy to help.

It appears like your header is trying to display a widget that either doesn’t exist or has been removed.

Can you confirm if you have the classic widget plugin activated on your website? If you do, kindly deactivate the plugin and see if the Widget not found! text is still showing.

    To further troubleshoot this:
    1. Clear your website cache:
    https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache/
    2. Temporarily disable all Non-Kadence plugins to see if the issue persists. If the widget not found text does not display, reactivate the Non-Kadence plugins one by one to identify any conflicts.

I hope this helps. Please let us know how we can help further.

    Hi Chito
It doesn’t look like I’m using a conditional header – I checked all the settings in the template I’m using. I think I have cleared all the cache and the problem persists. I tried using the ‘health check’ plug-in and the problem is there as well – ie the title is shown in the header, rather than the logo.

I will log a support ticket – I just wanted to note I am using the paid product, not the free product

    Thank you

    Hi Joanne,

Thanks for the link and screenshots.

I can see the issue on the frontend.

Is there any chance you’re editing a conditional header and not the normal header? If not, can you please clear the server cache as well?

If the problem persists, can you please open a support ticket so we can take a closer look at the backend of your website?

I have been setting up a new website using a Kadence starter template. I want to display a logo in the top right of the header. It looks OK in the customizer screen, and I think I did have it working but now it only shows title, when I look at the website through the browser. I have cleared cache, cleared my browser data but I can’t seem to get the logo appearing. Can you have a look and show me how to fix? Thank you

    Hi there,

We can assist you on that.

What device and browser are you seeing the issue? I’m using iPhone and Safari/Chrome and I’m not seeing an issue on the mobile menu.

    This is what I’m seeing:

    – Chrome: https://imghostr.com/77f0d3_0an
    – Safari: https://imghostr.com/e2dbf3_4so

Have you checked if the issue is not just cache? Try clearing your mobile cache if you haven’t.

    Hi, John!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I checked your website and saw that you have the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. If I view it without any optimizations, the slider is working fine. Here’s a link – https://snlprint.com/?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm

To troubleshoot the issue, please try tweaking your Page Optimization settings. Here’s a post to guide you with some settings – https://chemicloud.com/kb/article/litespeed-cache-page-optimization-settings-in-wordpress/

Purge the LiteSpeed cache before testing your changes until you figure out which option is causing the issue.

I hope this helps, and let me know if I can help you further with this.

    Regards,
    Karla

Hi, I’m encountering a problem with the Kadence theme on my website . When I try to update the settings in the WordPress customizer, such as changing the site logo or adjusting the color scheme, the changes are not being saved. I have tried clearing my browser cache and deactivating other plugins to rule out conflicts, but the issue persists. Can you help me troubleshoot this problem or provide guidance on resolving it?

    Hi Folks,

I have buttons within many of my posts and for some reason, the white text that’s normally embedded into each button is no longer appearing on mobile.

The text is visible when viewing from a desktop though.

This only just started happening out of the blue.

I’ve cleared cache, and tried different browsers to no avail.

If you’d like to see an example page, here you go:

Again, the issue is on mobile only.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you.
