Hi!
I developed my website arbeitszeitrechner.com.de few months ago, and last week I decided to update its design. I updated the design of main home page using Kadence Blocks, and I constantly watching the changes in the separate tab.
But when I checked on my mobile and on my PC in incognito mode, my website was showing its older design. Later, I came to know that the changes are only visible in the same browser that I was using to update the design. And as soon as I log out from WordPress and refresh my website, the new design vanish and website shows up with old design.I tried clearing my website cache from WP Rocket as well as from Cloudflare, but issue persist.
I have tried everything I can do, from disabling all plugins one-by-one to deactivating and changing the cache plugin, but I can not update my website design. Can you please help me solving the issue for my website.
Thank You.

Thanks for the links.
The codes work on the websites you referenced. Here’s a video: https://share.zight.com/P8uOQWKG
I didn’t see the codes on those websites when I inspected them.
Kindly add the codes in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. If it does not reflect on the frontend, please clear the website cache.
Let us know how we can assist further.

October 3, 2024 at 1:08 am #291450Hi, benjohnston2,
The issue being limited to non-logged-in users indicates that a caching or optimization feature might be responsible, as such features are usually applied only to the public site for non-admin visitors.
If I try to view your website prior to it being optimized by LiteSpeed, the page will display correctly. – https://share.zight.com/JruZGBAQ

Thanks for the link to a sample post.
This is a caching issue. You can see the sidebar on the left side if you visit it without caching:
https://northamericatravelplanning.com/mountain-cabin-rentals/?nocache=1Here’s a video for reference: https://share.zight.com/mXuQrYxZ
Please clear all the caches on your website as well as the “Used CSS” and it should resolve this.
Let me know how I can assist further.

Thank you for replying.
“LCP isn’t all about the LCP resource, the delay in its render/load is also attributed to the score.”
I have realized this as I have been researching this.
I already have all possible optimizations set up through HummingbirdPro including combining all files, the cache, asset optimization on all levels, and I am still NOT passing the Core Web Vitals especially on Mobile.
The problem is the things you sent in this photo – https://share.zight.com/8LuekYr7
With the exception of virtue icons all items you highlighted are the combined files from Hummingbird, before I combined the files I was getting a different result there showing me other files that weren’t combined, and now it’s showing the combined file, it’s like you can’t win – HOW CAN I RESOLVE THAT?If I optimize the Virtue icons in Hummingbird they break on the site, so I had to leave those alone.
One of the biggest issues I am getting in Insights is Reduce initial server response time – Root document took 3,410 ms, how can I identify what is causing this? I have a dedicated high power server with LiquidWeb so it’s not the hosting.

September 17, 2024 at 8:13 am #291258Hi there,
Thanks for the link.
It looks like a layout issue on the Row Layout block.
Can you please try to change the Layout of the Row Layout on mobile to Collapse to Rows?
Here’s a video for reference: https://share.zight.com/12ujKqbW
If it does not make a difference, please clear the website cache via LiteSpeed and check if there’s a custom CSS code added in Row Layout > Advanced > Custom CSS and remove it.
Let me know how it goes.

In forum: Kadence ThemeHi there,
Try clearing the font cache.
Go to Customizer > General > Performance > Flush Local Fonts Cache
https://share.zight.com/xQuJYPb0
See if that helps.
In forum: Kadence BlocksHi there,
Glad you reached out, happy to help.
I added a Row Layout block with two columns and used the same Section Alignment shown in your screenshot. The content was centered both in the editor and on the frontend. Here is a screencast for your reference:
https://share.zight.com/6qu1PyAoSometimes, the issue could be related to browser caching. Clear your browser cache or try accessing the editor in a different browser or in incognito mode and see if the issue persists.

Hi there,
Glad you reached out, happy to help.
To troubleshoot LiteSpeed CSS/JS conflict, please try the following troubleshooting steps listed here:
https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/If the issue persists, try excluding the
navigation.min.jsfile from the “Load JavaScript deferred” features of LiteSpeed. You can also exclude this:
wp-content/themes/kadence/assets/js/navigation.min.jsI hope this helps. Please let us know how we can help further.

EzeIn forum: Kadence BlocksTopic: Can’t add or edit page
Hi. Here’s my page after installing WP and the Kadence Theme: *Login to see link
If I try editing a page, I get a new “Edit Page” tab and the spinning globe that goes on indefinitely. Same thing if I try to add a page. If I disable the Kadence Blocks plugin I can edit the page, but then the block structure goes away. Seems Kadence Blocks is conflicting with my new WP install. I am on WP 6.1.1 and the only installed plugins are Kadence Blocks and Kadence AI Starter Templates. The only other theme installed is 2024.
I am using Chrome browser and have cleared the cache. The problem remains on Edge browser as well.
Any idea how to fix?
Thanks.

September 2, 2024 at 2:28 am #291055Hi @masaoodshah803,
Have you tried clearing the website cache? If it does not make a difference, deactivate the optimization plugin, if you have one.
I’d be glad to take a closer look if the problem persists, just send here the link to your website/page.

August 28, 2024 at 3:33 pm #291000Hi There,
I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.
Could you confirm that the website link you shared is the one where you’re facing the issue? Since you’re using the Litespeed cache plugin, it’s a bit challenging to determine the theme you’re using.
To adjust the header color, go to Customizer > Header > Design.
For the sticky header:
- In the Customizer, navigate to Header > Sticky Header.
- Select the row you want to be sticky from the dropdown menu.
- Click Publish.
Here’s a screencast for reference:https://share.zight.com/DOu1jkkQ
