Notice how long it’s taking the css file. the “wait” time. That usually means there is something wrong with either permissions or the server cache tools.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: slowdown problem
I created a site with virtue premium, it is not the first that I do with your theme but on this site I have problems of slowness on the display. Yet my images are optimized under photoshop, then with the plugin “imagify”, I installed the caching plugin W3 total cache and the results on googe page insight of google and pingdom tools are pretty good.
Do you have any idea of what might slow it down?
Thanks

March 21, 2018 at 11:06 am #184285I just went to your site and the input is beside your image.
I’m not sure why you are adding the
<br>for spacing but they were beside each other. Did you clear your cache? If your on a smaller screen you will need to make the max width smaller.Ben

March 20, 2018 at 4:44 pm #184189No, not zoomed in.
I don’t use Edge at all – so, no need for extensions.
Yes, visible both (logged in and not logged in).
I’ve emtied the cache of WP and Edge.
And I used Edge also in privacy mode.In forum: Ascend ThemeMarch 20, 2018 at 9:58 am #184133Also be sure to clear your cache I just looked at your site and it’s working fine on multiple screen sizes.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi all,
we use Virtue Theme on a website for some time, and had no problems so far. On the main page, we configured the “symbol menu” to show four tiles with title, text and icon – everything works great.
But now we wanted to reduce the tiles to just two of them and change the text of the second tile/symbol box. As soon as we change the text and save, the old text appears again, in the backend and on the visible website. After trying several fixes (clearing the cache (on the server and the browser, of course), deleting the tile and create a new one), nothing seemed to work.
Then we discovered a strange issue: The second tile got always filled with the same old text. And if we created a third tile again, in there the old text from another tile appeared, also for the fourth one.
The only way to change the text of tile two was to create five tiles (one more than we ever had), fill in the text we wanted to have in this tile and delete numbers 2 to 4.
But as soon as we wanted to change again the text of this second tile, we got the old content again. So it looks like there’s the old text of the four tiles stored anywhere and got linked to these tiles…and overwrites every change. In pictures:
1.) tiles 3 and 4 deleted, old text in tile 2: *Login to see link
2.) replaced title and text of tile 2 (and clicked “save”, of course): *Login to see link
3.) after saving (and scrolling down): *Login to see link – the old text appeared again
4.) deleted tile 2, created new tiles (2 and 3), added some text, saved: *Login to see link
5.) result: tile 2 and 2 always get filled with old text which isn’t in use for some time: *Login to see linkAny idea how to fix that?

Hey Deb,
Sorry for the delay. Are you having trouble saving any of your other theme options settings? I’m seeing Endurance Page Cache running on your site which I believe is activated automatically by bluehost. If you’re having trouble saving other theme options you could try contacting bluehost to see if they can turn this off while you are building your site.Hannah

March 17, 2018 at 5:45 pm #183841If I’m using one then I’m not aware of it. I looked but didn’t see anything that had the word cache in it. Which plugin are you referring to?

March 16, 2018 at 10:17 am #183649Can you send me a login to your site?
Kadence Simple Share Version 1.2.0 | Seems to work but on local, it slows down my server
The simple share plugin is literally very simple. It doesn’t do much, I’m confused how this could be slowing down your server? So if you can send me a login and send me a link directly to the pages that are loading slow that would help.
Also, it’s important to understand about caching, If you’re using it and it’s being built it won’t be built until you access the page logged out. Then you would build the cache and that cache would supply the response for future visits.
