    Did you clear the cache before deactivating them?

    Hmm, OK try this:

    @media (min-width: 544px) and (max-width: 1200px) {
    .kad-primary-nav ul.sf-menu, .nav-main ul.sf-menu {
        display: block;
    }
    .col-md-10.col-sm-4.col-ss-3.kad-header-right {
        width: 100%;
    }
    .col-md-2.col-sm-8.col-ss-9.clearfix.kad-header-left {
        display: none;
    }
    ul#menu-main a {
        font-size: 14px;
    }
    div#mobile-nav-trigger {
        display: none;
    }
    }

    Be sure to clear your cache.

    Hi,

    I’ve written a test review on my website and can’t seem to get rid of it on woocommerce.

    I’ve tried the following:

    Removing the review from the ‘comments’
    Removing the review from the edit product page.
    Deleted the review account all together.

    These steps have removed the review from the wp-admin side – but the review still shows on my webstite front end.

    I’ve tried clearing the cache and google cache and it still remains. Any suggestions, can I edit the .php file itself in cPanel File Manager v3, if so how do I do this?

    Thanks

    I’m seeing it working. Have you cleared your cache on your ipad?

    I think the issue was that you didn’t clear your cache after adding the CSS. Be sure to empty your cache whenever you make changes to your Theme Options. Take a look, it should be working now.

    yes I’ve cleared cache…

    Hi Carlos,
    I also was not having trouble with this working from Chrome. Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Hi Kim,
    Are you having trouble with any of your other theme options saving? Have you tried clearing your cache after changing this?

    Hi Hannah,

    Thank you for the help, but it still does not appear as an option under the Home Slider. I cleared the cache as well.
    I made some changes and now the social widget css does not work either, as they are just somewhere in the middle.

    }
    .topbar-widget .virtue_social_widget a {
    float: right;
    }

    and this at the footer does not work either anymore

    }
    #containerfooter {
    text-align: center;
    }
    #containerfooter .virtue_social_widget a {
    float:none;
    display:inline-block;
    }

    Sorry, maybe that should be a different thread?

    Thanks!

    Hi Hannah,

    I apologize with you because I was testing the Italian language only and of course I couldn’t see the text resizing in English and Spanish.
    After your suggestion I cleared the cache without any success and tested the English version, so I discovered there was something wrong in the Italian version. I don’t know how but there’s a span style setting font-size to 24pt. I removed and anything went fine again using your CSS rule.

    A little question just to know it. When I set the home header in the menu items list Kadence Slider Legacy isn’t present. Was it your choice or did you miss it? I used the add shortcode item to set my slider.

    Thanks
    Angelo

    Hi Angelo,
    I am seeing your text resize. Have you tried clearing your cache?

    It looks like you have two caching plugins running on your site. Is there a reason for this? I suggest deactivating one of them, and be sure to clear all cache before doing so.

    Hey,
    Are you using a caching plugin? If so, I would recommend turning caching off while you are developing. Then when it is on make sure you are clearing your cache from within the plugin settings. Let me know if this is not the issue.

    Hi,

    I just did a quick mobile version test for my website:

    It seems theme option changes don’t happen instantly and need a few minutes to be updated on the website. So, this is somehow different to “normal” changes, which can be watched immediately after changing. For example: I changed the Mobile Header Layout and Menu – nothing happened. I refreshed the website a few times, emptied the cache… Nothing happened. After a few minutes I refreshed the site again and suddenly the changes were done.

    Have you any explanation? It’s quite hard to test the mobile version this way.

    I’m not seeing anything obvious hiding the footer. have you modified the theme files at all?

    I would start by testing your active plugins and deactivate one by one, seeing if the footer appears when a certain plugin is OFF. be sure to clear your cache after each plugin is shutoff.

    Let me know if you find anything.

    Hannah,

    Okay… feeling a little foolish. I cleared my browser cache, but not the cache plug-in that Ben recommended. I forgot that was there.

    That solved the problem. Thanks so much.

    Are you sure all your cache has been cleared? Do you mind sending login info so I can take a look?
    You can add this css to align the menu:

    a.menu-image-title-hide.menu-image-not-hovered {
        padding-top: 0;
    }

    Hannah,

    It’s working correctly in Safari, but not in Chrome, even after clearing the cache.

    Also, in Chrome it seems to be loading http://www.rebeccagallagher.com (our other site) first, and then loading up http://www.freshfoliodesign.com.

    Finally, do you know why the logo would not be vertically centered with the rest of the navigation items?

    Sorry for the mess.

    I’m not seeing the css in your code. Are you adding it to your theme options? Makes sure you’re clearing your cache after adding it.
