    1. You should really be using larger images for your slider. Try uploading them with at least a 2400px width if you’re wanting a slider to display fullwidth images. Currently, they are not wide enough to fill the entire screen of my wide monitor. This image is fine:

    But this one is much too small:

    2. I see the video autoplaying now. Make sure you clear your cache.

    Hopefully this helps!

    You can’t use page cache and switch which slider is showing based on device. You have to let the function run to check for the device so if you’re going to use two different sliders you have to make sure page caching is off for your home page.

    Hi Holger,
    Are you changing the product name from within the product edit page? Have you tried clearing your cache after doing so? I’m seeing Pstl when the page first loads, then the l disappears. Is that what you’re seeing?

    I did it yesterday, I remove all cache, but it’s not working http://uw-decor.kz/product/%D0%BA%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B7-cr-003/

    Hey,
    So first just to make sure you know, you are using WP Fastest Cache and it’s very important that with every change you make you clear that cache and minify.

    Second you have both pagebuilder and elemetor installed. Those are two larger plugins that do the same things so you shouldn’t use both. I strongly suggest you use one or the other and deactivate the one you are not using.

    Third You added <head> tags to your google tag manager scripts. You shouldn’t do that. You broke the whole html structure of the page.

    Fourth the google tag manager script you have it’s working:

    (index):225 GET https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-T9X7T6 net::ERR_ABORTED

    That error shows every time meaning there is something wrong with your ID you need to check with google about getting the correct script. I let it in your theme options just because it wasn’t what was breaking your site but you should really fix it.

    And finally you added this script into your footer scripts from mailchimp but that script doesn’t work. You need to talk with mailchimp. You can’t use it or your site will break.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/embed.js" data-dojo-config="usePlainJson: true, isDebug: false"></script><script type="text/javascript">require(["mojo/signup-forms/Loader"], function(L) { L.start({"baseUrl":"mc.us1.list-manage.com","uuid":"068b912b2e7b19272a082380e","lid":"638a65c544"}) })</script>

    Please note that your site should be working fine now.

    I”m seeing the css take effect on the single product page. Is that not what you want?

    Please make sure you clear your cache and minify whenever you make a change.

    Has editing this script caused the new problems with my LearnDash quiz though?

    No, That would have no negative effect anywhere.

    Can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing? Make sure to clear your browser cache. Post the screen shot here: https://postimages.org/

    Then post the link to it.

    Hi Gary,
    Are you using a caching plugin? If not, I would recommend doing so. We personally like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.

    Hi Andrew,
    Have you given your kadence slider a name? Also make sure your cache has been cleared after adding.
    This css will cause your content to stretch the full width of the page:

    .container {
        width: 100%;
        padding: 0;
    }

    Hope that’s helpful!

    I’m seeing the code working. Try clearing your cache.
    Here is a page id example:

    .postid-1037 .kt-panel-row-full-stretch font {
        background: rgba(55, 55, 55, .6);
    }

    Hi Hannah,
    I’ve cleared Browser and WordPress Caches, but it makes no difference, please advise.
    Thank you

    Hi ben,
    I understand, but the thing is i had cleared the cache right after installing the code because I read to do so somewhere. As for now, still no data available on GA although I know some people have been visiting (including myself from other devices) and even left a comment on the website… Maybe there is something I did wrong…

    #179353

    Well until I asked you to clear the cache I could not see the google code in the output, now that you have I can so I would assume you should get tracking from now on.

    Hey Carrie,
    I just viewed from an ipad and I’m seeing it white. Did you clear your cache?

    Hey,
    So if your server didn’t have a cache loaded then the visit to build that cache could take longer then a normal visit. That could make sense for a long delay if your server is not very fast. When testing it’s worth making multiple pulls at once to get a better idea of what majority of users are seeing.

    Also in wo-rocket you can preload cache which will make it so that first user doesn’t have a long delay.

    In terms of your newly created page, I’m seeing it load quickly: https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/cx5qha/https://hellaholics.com/our-story/

    I don’t know of a better shop Instagram plugin. I only am letting you know that it’s something to consider. If you need it perhaps you don’t need it on the home page? Or perhaps you create a static home page version that links to where it loads the real thing on another page. Those are things you should consider based on your server speed and the load time that plugin takes.

    You can also talk with the developer and see if they are working on a lazy load option.

    Ascend is perfectly ready for lazy load of images, not all plugins are so you need to test if you enable.

    It’s worth looking at the side by side results from your home page and the newly created page. (home page loads Instagram)

    https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/dGCfm3/https://hellaholics.com/
    https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/cx5qha/https://hellaholics.com/our-story/

    Notice the file size of the page and the number of requests. That is a massive difference.

    Ben
