    Hey,

The first thing I would try in your case is to go to Settings> Permalinks, and resave them. Then, clear your cache.

Let me know if the image displays after this.

I’ve got 60 or so products on my site so far, but the images for just one of these products won’t load on the Product Category page or in the Featured Products carousel, although they load absolutely fine on the product page itself.

On the Category Page it just shows the product name at the top of a blank box, which will do the ‘flip’ if you hover the mouse pointer over it. If you click on it, you go through to the product page which has all the pictures displayed correctly.

The images for this product were taken at the same time as many others that work fine, all went through the same processing, same dimensions, similar file sizes etc. They just seem to be playing up for this one product.

If I edit the product, delete all the images and hit update, it goes back to displaying the default ‘no image’ icon for the product as normal.
I’ve completely deleted the photos from the media library and reloaded them again, then added them on to the product and updated but get the same result.

Any idea what might be going on with this one product? I’m not sure if this is the theme, or WooCommerce, or some sort of caching going on.

I don’t have any caching plugins installed so I think (apologies if this is wrong) the only caching is the default provided by my host. There’s an ‘Empty Varnish Cache’ button on my dashboard toolbar, but clearing this cache makes no difference. Not sure if this is at all related, but I have one other product on the site where I uploaded older versions of the product photo in error, and although they were deleted from the site and the correct ones uploaded to the product page, the old images are still the ones that appear on the Product Category page

    Hi Hannah,

    https://ibb.co/cNDy16

I have checked the setting and as shown in this attached image, the option to display products only on shop page is already selected, yet those category thumbnails still display above my products. I have tried reselecting it and clearing the cache but the category thumbnails are still displayed.

Is there another place or checkbox I need to select in order to hide them?

    Thanks for your help.

Hah, it was the caching plugin, forgot I hadn’t cleared the cache when making the changes. That works now, thanks so much Ben! 🙂

PLease copy the css I posted from these forums, not an email, add to the theme options > custom css box, then clear your rocket cache and leave it in. Post back here when that is done, we can then look and see whats going on. It’s possible if you have other css in your custom css box that you’ve got an error and it’s breaking the css output.

Are you wanting this change for mobile only or for desktop only?

PLease add the css from my post above, copy from there and paste into your site. Then clear your sites minify and cache and leave it in.

I’m not seeing the CSS in the Theme Options> Advanced Settings CSS box.

Did you clear your cache after adding it?

I’m seeing the spaces closed. Try clearing your cache.

Try clearing your browser cache and your site’s cache, just in case you’re not seeing the most current version of the site.

Let me know if that makes a difference.

Do these come ready-minified as part of the theme, as I have not installed another minification plugin?

Yes, but most minify will combined files for you. And you don’t need to exclude theme files, it’s different than running two minify plugins which is what that plugin is warning against.

Also, are you aware of any issues with Pinnacle and this plugin?

I have not used that plugin, don’t know of anyone that has but I also can’t imagine if you have issue it being theme related, every coaching or minify plugin we’ve tested would work with the theme because of how the theme loads scripts so you shouldn’t have any issue there.

Any insight into minifying/combining CSS and JS

Don’t forget about caching, caching is way more important then minify you will save way more load time by using it.

If your going to use a plugin that just does minify then you should look at wp-super-cache.

Have you tried logging out and viewing? Your site is in maintenance mode, but I’m still seeing lots of strange code. Have you cleared your cache?

    Hi,
Can you post a link? Have you cleared your cache after enabling it? If you are logged in you will still be able to access the site.

27 plugins is quite a few, so depending on what they’re doing, it’s totally possible that one is conflicting with the way icon selection works. It’s tough to say what the conflict may be, but you could narrow it down to a plugin quickly by deactivating all non Kadence Plugins to see if the functionality returns. If you are able to select the icon when they’re all off, you’ll know that one of them is responsible for the problem.

Be sure to clear your cache after deactivating.

Also be sure that you’re completely up to date on the theme, plugins, wordpress, etc…

Did you clear your site’s cache after adding it? Be sure that there is not a duplicate of the main menu that’s assigned to your primary nav.

If clearing the cache doesn’t do anything, an you post a login in a private reply so that I can take a look?
