    The css I posted isn’t working because your css is broken. You have added this:

    .companypg_en {
       position:relative;
    }
        display:block;
        content:'';
        position:absolute;
       width:100%;
       left:0;
    }

    Which doesn’t make sense? You can’t have broken css above else the css that follows will also be broken.

    NEXT you seem to be using old versions of WPML? Why are you not updating that to match your current versions of wordpress?

    Finally. You are using the two of the largest heaviest plugins in WordPress (WPML and Woocommerce) have you talked with your hosting provider to make sure you are on a hosting plan that can support these?

    I ask because I keep noticing your site stalling or not loading at all and showing me the Cloudflare page (no I have not activated the Kadence plugins which you are suggesting are doing this as well).

    on your your questions. Now I activated Woo extras, turned on the gallery.
    I turned off your minification plugin. You should always do this before you add a plugin and always work with a plugin minifying last since minify involves it’s own cache and creates its own issues.

    – My top menu in both Japanese and English has moved up slightly.

    Can you send a screen shot? I don’t see any differance?

    – No sliders (top bar images) are displaying sitewide.

    I’m not seeing this? Can you link to the page?

    – Page loading times significantly longer, even after deactivating the recently installed plugins.

    Your server, it’s slow. you should talk with your hosting provider.
    For example look at this test: https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/dy9ck1/http://www.izanami-wheel.com/product/chromestickerblack/

    That is showing just your coming soon page. No scrips, images of other content is loaded and yet it takes your server 3 seconds to load. You have some serious issues, might even be that your server is throttling your site.

    – Google Map widget on Company page no longer loads.

    Likely you had not turned off minify and thus allowing all scripts to load.

    I briefly touched on this in my previous topic, but thought it would be better to create a new once since its a separate issue and others may also be having this problem.

    I noticed some strange changes happening to my site after installing either the Woo Extras or Woo Template Builder plugins.

    After deactivating them and refreshing my cache, those changes returned to normal but now after activating Woo Extras once again, I am having problems with the Product Slider Gallery function.

    The only feature I want from Woo Extras is the Product Slider Gallery, but when in use, the product gallery image section is just loading indefinitely with an hourglass type circle animated icon in its place.

    Any advice on what the problem here might be? Thanks.

    Update:

    (please see above)

    After deactivating all three plugins I installed from the Kadence Membership package and refreshing the cache, the problems in the post above have returned to normal.

    However, I would really like to use these Kadence plugins so I’m wondering why they create problems throughout the site is when one or more of them has been activated.

    Thanks

    Hi Ben, thanks.

    That css looks like it would do what I want, but I’m not noticing any change even after refreshing the cache. Any idea what the problem might be?

    Thanks again.

    Hey,
    Your screen shot doesn’t show the yoast section and the input meta description.

    Also make sure you have not turned on pagebuilder cache and that you have everything up to date.

    Hey,
    Did this just recently start happening? Looks like there’s an elementor update. Go ahead and do that and then clear your cache. Let me know if the error still shows.

    Hey,
    I’m seeing your site work.

    The error your describing could happen if you have a javascript error on your site. Since I can see it working I can’t see the javascript error that you must be seeing for this to happen.

    Can you tell me what browser you are using? CAn you make sure to clear your cache?

    Hi, I’m setting up a new ecommerce site:

    I do have w3 cache installed, however I currently have everything turned off including browser caching (I did exclude the cart page when I had it enabled).

    Anyhow whenever I do anything in the cart it does not update until I refresh my browser.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Glenn

    Your theme options came right up when I logged into your site. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Hey Melony,

    Because of caching it’s likely when I looked at your site your cache was not cleared and thus I was seeing your page normally without the Adsense ad in your header.

    I looked again today and I can see the ad and the large header.

    It’s worth noting that posting a screenshot is really easy using the link I posted since you don’t need any account you just upload the image and post a link to that image. Something I encourage you to check out in the future.

    Now that I can see your ad and large header we need to go back to the question I’ve already asked but I’ll rephrase, so hopefully I can get a response. What method are you using to add ad sense to your site? The issue is clearly that you are adding a large ad into the header of your post making it so the header has to expand to hold that ad. By removing the ad you would have the issue solved.

    So how are you adding this ad? I suggest you take the first step and remove it however you are adding it. Then you can ask me how to place it after telling me where you want to place it and I can help further.

    You just need to upload the image to a place like here: https://postimages.org/

    Then post a link. Be sure to clear your sites cache.

    Hi Hannah,

    Thanks for your help.

    I added that line of code to the custom css in advanced settings, reset the cache, and updated the plugins but i still see the strange scroll box-in-box appearing on the Japanese version of the shop page. Anything else I could try?

    Thanks again.

    Hi Stefan,
    I’m viewing from chrome and I’m seeing your images clear. Have you cleared your browser cache?

    Hey Rick,

    This sounds like a caching issue. I currently see the center logo setup on your site and the hover color is #1e73be.

    Try clearing your cache and let me know if you can see the correct color.

    Hey Lesley,
    Are you having any trouble saving anything else on your site? Like any theme option settings? I would actually suggest using a caching plugin such as W3 Total Cache (free) or WP Rocket (paid). Let me know if the issue remains after clearing your cache.

    Please excuse my poor english, it’s not my first language 😉

    The error stays with Cache-Plugin activated. And it stays even when I reload the page. There must be another reason.
    Could you reproduce and see the error?

    Is there any animation or javascript what could be the reason?

    I tryed the code that I found in this forum:
    .sticky-wrapper .mobile-headerclass {
    transform: none !important;
    }
    but it doesn’t fix it.

    When I deactivate Javascript, the Image doesn’t load even on moving the page.
    So the Javascript that loads the image only starts, when the page is moved a litle bit up.
    It needs the same pixels, what shrinks the height of the adress-line of the iPad.

    I hope this information helps to find the error …

    Thank you!

    I am using portfolio items in the Ascend Premium theme on this site to showcase a team roster. On the full site, for the section where folks can view the whole team via the portfolio grid, the hover over effect to show their individual names (item titles) is lovely but on the mobile site, viewers cannot see the names of the members of this team (portfolio item titles), which is a huge bummer! I’d like these titles to always be visible on portfolio items in the portfolio grid while viewing in mobile. I have tried using CSS recommended from a similar thread in the Virtue forum, it didn’t seem to work for me; I did make sure to clear caches, cookies, etc.

    Here is the main area where folks would view the portfolio grid and where, on mobile, I’d like titles to be always visible for the items.

    There are other areas where we use portfolio grids filtered by various categories. Ideally all portfolio grids will always show titles for mobile, but maintain this nice hover over effect for the full site.

    I hope this makes some sense!

    Thanks,
    Mari

    Hey,

    Can you post a link please? Are you clearing your cache after making the change?

    With WP-Super-Cache you have to clear your cache after every change is made. Just keep that in mind:)
