November 2, 2017 at 11:31 am #166501So this only happens to you when you are signed out now? Or only when you are signed in?
It seems like a cache issue. but ad blockers are known for doing really crazy things. I can’t recreate when I sign into your account. I suggest you turn off the ad blocker or try in a different browser.

November 2, 2017 at 11:28 am #166498I’m not upset by your questions, more confused by your responses, It has seemed to me that instead of taking my advice you seem to be arguing with my suggestions. That is odd since you are asking for support and you clearly have issues that you want to be resolved. It’s odd when pointing out how to resolve the issues you seem to not want to change what you are doing.
But you can see I’m here answering after each time you make a response. And while you can choose to do it however you want even choose to do something incorrectly I can’t help you make something that is set up incorrect work on all browsers. Not to mention work in the future as page builder updates.
The link you posted to works fine in IE and EDGE. Please clear your cache and check. Simply adding a class to the row will differentiate it and allow it to not carry flex css from the above row. This will stop IE from treating is as fullwidth.
What would you like help with from here?

November 2, 2017 at 9:53 am #166468ok, I updated that one post with custom html widgets so you can see what I mean.
I also found that you had turned on pagebuilders content cache. This would create the same issue since their content cache runs auto paragraph on everything. I turned if off so you can see if things are working.
In terms of speed I still strongly suggest optimizing your images for web.

November 1, 2017 at 10:00 am #166238ok, clear the cache and disable WP super cache and make sure you have Wordfence security caching off. Then test. Leave it off after so I can test that as well. Likely I’m only ever seeing the cache and so if by turning off cache I can see the raw output and see the issue I would be able to provide a solution.

I am using wierless wi-fi (Broadband) at home and with a cable at work. Two different computers (and different internet)it looks the same in both.
It doesn´t matter if I am logged in or not.
The strange thing is that different images look odd on the the same page, at different times.
It concerns The featured (selected) images and the ones in an Image Widget.
I work in Windows 10Plugins I use:
WP super cache
Wordfence security
Page builder by SiteOrigin
+ Site Origin Widget Bundle
Really Simple SSLThis is the stangest problem ever,
KatiIn forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Shop page errors
Hi Kadence,
I hope you may be able to help me with a missing menu and logo issue on my shop page: *Login to see link
The page thinks I have a transparent header – which I haven’t (I don’t think) plus there is a bunch of html showing above the products.
I’m guessing something has got ‘stuck’ but I’ve tried clearing the caches, etc etc and the issues show on different browsers.
Many thanks for your time,
Andrew.
In forum: Membership ForumsIn reply to: Translating topbar and footer with Polylang?
No luck, I’m afraid. I still have French buttons and Credits text in the English footer. It must be something simple:
– widgets are set to All Languages
– strings are translated
– caches are purgedI realised that I don’t have separate widgets for English and French versions – I think this may be the issue so I’ll now create extra widgets and see if that helps.
Thanks
Tanya

October 30, 2017 at 2:43 pm #165867Ok so you have clearly explained that you think your site cache is browser cache. They are not the same thing.
Perhaps you can send me a temp login to your site?

That’s strange.
I am using fullwidth page builder on the very first row where I am using a call to action widget and it is not making any interference with the sidebar.
All other rows have standard layout.
So in my opinion that should not be the problem.
Also, Why is it working correctly on all other browsers but Microsoft??I also don’t know how do you check the cache of my website but going into the settings of IE and clearing the cache is really not a rocket science.

In forum: Membership ForumsIn reply to: Translating topbar and footer with Polylang?
Hi Ben
I checked and yes, the widgets are set at All Languages and all the strings have been translated in Polylang. The topbar displays fine now in both languages.
The English footer is fine, but it’s the French one that doesn’t display properly – I have the French copyright line in place, but the rest of the text and the buttons are still appearing in English. I’ve purged all caches and re-loaded a couple of times, but this issue persists.
Have you any idea where I’ve gone wrong?
Thanks
Tanya

In forum: Virtue ThemeOctober 27, 2017 at 1:16 pm #165555Ben, you are right. It seems like the cache plugin was not functioning properly. Now I see it works. I will leave it like that even though button sizes are off a little.
Thanks again.

Hi Hannah,
Sorry, the site was inaccessible because of a problem on the server.
Yes I emptied the cache and the title is still visible.Ben,

I changed the status of the user as an administrator. Thanks
In forum: Virtue ThemeOctober 27, 2017 at 1:58 am #165445Hello Ben,
That last CSS didn’t make a difference. I cleared cache to make sure. You can check and let me know.
Thanks. In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Portrait style blog post summaries on home page
Hi Ben
I cleared the cache and the code seemed to fix the problem on my tablet for the home page carousels. However, not on my laptop in Chrome and Firefox, with caches cleared. I couldn’t see how to upload a screenshot here, but here is a link to it online, from Chrome on laptop: https://www.theinspirationcloud.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/20171026_232115.png . Sorry for image quality, had to take a photo of it.
On https://www.theinspirationcloud.com/mooning/ the carousel height is still uneven. Same on my laptop in Chrome and Firefox. https://www.theinspirationcloud.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Screenshot_2017-10-26-22-53-31.png
Just noticed that when I hold my tablet in portrait mode (mooning page), only 2 carousel summaries appear and they are the same height. In landscape there are 3 uneven summaries.
Thanks for your help!
Janine
