    Hi Anita,
It sounds like a caching issue. Have you cleared all your cache? You could certainly try using a plugin, as it wouldn’t hurt. If the error still shows I would suggest contacting your host to see if they have any insight.

I believe that is something that the 2017 theme outputs. Have you clear all your cache?

    Hi,
Can you link to where your select 2 is being added?
I’m seeing icons on all your menu items. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Hi Nic,
The mega menu should work for you. Did you try clearing your cache after enabling it?

Please explain “I updated” / cleared the cache. I don’t understand I cleared the cache. So what did you update the theme, plugin?

    #163029

ok, I see, updated and cleared cache should be working now.

Understood, I initiated all those steps.

    > reset cache
    > deleted page, reconstructed
    > reset cache all browsers
    > deleted page from menu, re applied to menu

surprisingly it rendered like this, out side as a main item not a sub item

and it knocked out the galler menu link.. do you think its because of the middle logo configuration

    Hello Edgar,

I’ve never seen this appear in a footer before and I don’t believe that it’s being added by the theme.

the first thing that I would do in your situation is go through your plugins and deactivate one by one, checking to see if the footer returns to normal when a certain plugin is OFF. Be sure that you’re clearing your cache so the changes are able to appear.

Let me know if you find a culprit.

So I guess I hadn’t made this clear before. Thought I had… but wp-rocket cache is not the cache I’m talking about. Your server is caching drafts. Not wp-rocket. Again I suggest you not work in drafts on your server because of how it’s caching the results with pagebuilder.

    This is so surprising!
Yes, I have cleared my cache. I also see it when I am logged as admin, so for me cache is not active.
I use Chrome on Mac, 61.0.3163.100 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

What I see exactly with Chrome is that during a short glimpse, I see three columns then it rearranges to 2 columns.

I also have to add that I have the issue also with this shortcode: [product_categories number=”xxx” parent=”xxxx” columns=”3″]
even if I force the column value to 3.

Yes, there is a major difference between using page builder and the default wordpress editor. Especially as it comes to cache.

Your issue is the WooCommerce Boost Sales plugin.

You also have three plugins that do similar things. fastest cache, JCH Optimize Pro and Remove Query Strings
You should really only use one plugin and not overlap like that.

In the future you would save yourself a lot of time by simply deactivating your plugins to see if one is causing an issue.

First thing I would try in your case is to test plugins. You’ve got quite a few running and it’s likely that there is one messing with your site’s proper functionality.

You can test them by going through the list and deactivating them one by one. View your post when each plugin is OFF, and see if it’s displaying correctly.

Be sure that you’re clearing your cache when each plugin is deactivated.

This works/looks great – thanks, Ben!

Re: the widget – several times I’ve tried to swap out images in a widget and it hasn’t worked. Even deleting the image from the Media Library, emptying cache, switching browsers – none of that helped.

Many thanks for the fix for desktop; it’s still a bit wonky in mobile, with the button above search, somewhat to the left of center. Is there CSS to fix it? I’m cool with centering the button.

    Hi Ben,
I have added the slider here so you can see it.
Should have a paper plane and a call-to-action button showing too…

    Cache has been cleared.

    Thanks

    Ben,

Thanks for taking a look. I cleared the cache every time, but sometimes I clear the cache and it seems like it never gets cleared when I am changing something. The next day or later that day I come back and the change finally appears.

Your video is showing you’re not getting the URL for the preview page that clears the cache. I’m not sure why you are not getting that link. But regardless some things are clear.

Your server is adding caching and it’s why drafts are not being handed on your server like they are on most.

You’re going to have to talk with your host to see if there is some way to turn this off if you want to keep using drafts.

You would save yourself a lot by publishing your pages instead of working in drafts because of how your server is caching.

Yeah, i just tested it on my wife’s phone and it is working fine too. Tested on both Safari and Chrome.

Cache is cleared but it happens on my Samsung S7 with Chrome
