In forum: Reply To:1. I just tested with the Virtue: Gallery widget and the lightbox image size setting is working on my site. Are you clearing your cache after making the changes?
Here is some CSS to change the caption font size:
.kad-wp-gallery .captiontitle.headerfont { font-size: 20px; }2. I’m also experiencing the link to not working correctly. I’ll flag this thread for a developer follow up so that Ben can help us ASAP.

September 29, 2017 at 7:16 am #161487Hannah, it’s embarrassing, I have had the same problem to 3 different machines and was getting mad to fix it. However, since that I have changed lots of settings in the back-end and moved things around, (included WP cache plugin and backup plugin), at this stage I have not a clear idea of what could have happened, I know that at some point I did a cleanup of the browser cache and at that time did not work, the issue was still present.
Anyway, long story short, you made my day….today, after following your suggestion and fully emptying the browsers again….bingo the problem is solved. So…in other words…thank you…thank you….thank you..!

September 27, 2017 at 11:43 pm #161325Thank you, that video was very helpful. I think I have your issue figured out, if you would please log in and retry editing and previewing. Make sure to leave on wp-rocket cache (I enabled on purpose because part of it’s code was running and so you need the plugin running).

September 25, 2017 at 11:15 pm #160914Different browsers handle caching differently. Some when you click back they reload the previous page, some jump back to a cached version that is in the state left.
You can add javascript and force the menu to close when someone clicks it if you like.

In forum: Reply To:Hello Holger,
1. I’m seeing the favicon appear on your site. Perhaps this was a caching issue? Did you clear your cache after you made the change?
2. Upgrading from the free version to the pro version is documented here:
http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/upgrade-from-free-to-premium/
Did you follow the appropriate steps to import your site data to the new theme?3. Sorry you feel the need to switch themes. We’re always happy to help get things up and running on your site, so if you decide you’d like to try and stick with Virtue, we’ll be here to answer any questions to the best of our ability.

September 24, 2017 at 11:42 pm #160736Hey Cynthia,
You wrote:I am going to restate the problem using the screen shots I sent.
And while I really appreciate this it doesn’t answer or respond to my questions to you in the last post I wrote. So Would it be possible for you to answer those?
The reason I ask is that I already know from your last post that you are not seeing updates. I am when working on your site and I’ve tested on multiple devices.
I’ve tried to explain why you are seeing the notice of unsaved and it simply comes down to working in a draft instead of a published page. It’s not something that will change or something that I can change for you unless you turn off WordPress core autosave. (To be clear, I don’t recommend that.) My recommendation is that you publish the page even while you’re working on it and refrain from linking to it until you have it how you want. Or just simply click update every time you see the notice and move away from that page within a minute.
So here is what I’m looking for answers to:
I am wondering if you can send me a screen recorded video of you working on the page so I may be able to possibly spot what is happening to you.
And something I am asking you to try:
try is using a “private” window in firefox… go to file > new private window.
From there try edited and looking for updates. A private window will make sure no browser cache is being used so it will be a clean view of the page.
Ben
