Hello Ben,
That’s strange. If I inspect pelico.parlemonde.org right now, and looks for the head tag, I only see links to style and scripts.. and the duplicated title tags. Maybe it’s your browser’s cache?
I can’t include it because my message gets blocked, but here is a link to the file.
Thanks,

September 13, 2017 at 10:50 pm #159103I’m having a hard time recreating this. But I can see that since your using woo image sizes the browser has to wait for the images to load for the layout to be built (theme ratio images don’t because they are placed in placeholders).
So try adding this css:
.kad-woo-image-size { height: 110px; }Clear your cache then let me know if you see the issue again.

In forum: Virtue ThemeSeptember 13, 2017 at 10:00 pm #159094Hey,
If you’re adding a menu item and it’s only showing up for logged in users. That could mean that you simply just need to clear the cache for logged out users. Or that you have a plugin or custom css creating this functionality. There isn’t anything in the theme that would force this on you.Can you add back a my-account menu item so I can see this item missing on the front end?

I assume you have cleared your mobile cache? Have you tested on multiple devices? It’s hard to know what the problem would be when we are unable to recreate it.
If you’re using pinnacle premium you should be using the pinnacle support forums: https://www.kadencewp.com/support-forums/forum/pinnacle-theme/

Hey,
Did you turn on mobile caching? This tutorial may be helpful: http://www.onlinemediamasters.com/w3-total-cache-settings/
You could also check with your host about w3 total cache. Some servers don’t mesh well.Hannah

Turned out I tested on iphone 6 not 6s.
Without w3 total cache the spaces keep making spaces like these images. as on the other iphone 6 too.

Activated the caching plugin again now.In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Product boxes overlapping

September 11, 2017 at 12:04 pm #158715I looked in multiple iphone versions 6, 6s, 7 and the images load.
Can you recreate on another device? Have you made sure to clear your cache?

September 11, 2017 at 10:00 am #158678Dear Hannah:
I have a technical service that helps with the site. WP Rocket is installed but it’s deactivated. After upgrading to Premium, they turned off the caching while I made changes to the site . However, I will need to cache the site, so, things need to work.
In the meantime, I experienced this using Page Builder:
– Made changes to a page and updated the page
– Previewed the page in another tab
– Returned to the tab where the page was in the editor so that I could go to another module
– Clicked the module I wanted to go to
– A prompt came up asking me if I was sure I wanted to leave the page? Before updating to the premium version, this prompt only came up when I had not saved the changes on a page.
Now, it comes up even when I have saved my work. This leads me to believe that, for some reason, it seems to think the changes have not been saved.
This has happened many times.Additionally, in checking the settings for Page Builder, in the Content tab I have enabled “Copy Content” and “Copy Styles”. I have not enabled “Content Cache”. Would this setting have any impact on what I am experiencing?
Let me know what you think. I need a system that is reliable.
Cynthia

1. I just viewed your site from three different browsers and on all am seeing the image full width. Have you cleared all your cache?
2. Can you link to where you’re adding a dropdown on your site? It could have been interfering with other css or a plugin.
