Hi Ben,
It took some time but indeed it’s the WPML Multilingual CMS that prevents the deleting of a picture. I can’t deactivate it permanently as otherwise all the picutes on the shop staring page and in the sidebar are doubled (the German and English version of them). As for the 2 plugins: we have a rather poor pagespeed and I got the recommendation to run both of the caching tools. Now I just deactivated W3 Total cache and only run Autoptimize.
Thank you again
AngelikaIn forum: Pinnacle ThemeJuly 27, 2017 at 4:23 pm #153161OK, I think I finally understand what you are asking.
I went to your product and tried to remove an image from the product gallery and when you click the X nothing happens. So you can’t remove an image. This has nothing to do with the theme or the output of your gallery. It just means that one of your many plugins is causing the woocommerce function that removes an image from the gallery to not run.
Just go through one by one and deactivate your plugins and then try to use the standard woocommerce remove icon. Once it works you will know which plugin is the cuase.
Side note. Why are you running w3 total cache and Autoptimize?

July 27, 2017 at 12:09 pm #153135I would suggest using a caching plugin over page-builder caching anyway so you can cache the whole site.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeJuly 27, 2017 at 12:05 pm #153133Right now I see it on English and not on German?
Are you making sure to clear your cache? View on a browser where you are not logged in

July 27, 2017 at 11:20 am #153116ok, that took me way too long to figure out.
The issue is with page builder content cache. You have it turned on and the way it works by caching the html it runs everything through auto paragraph.
I have turned this off for you and I’ll work with the page builder guys to figure out a good solution for their new html cache feature.

I’m sorry about reopening this ticket. I now notice something with regards to the last css you gave to make the container 100%. I guess I didn’t clear my history or cache to see that the page doesn’t load sometimes or at all except for the logo and the 3 line menu but the rest of the page is blank. It’s kinda inconsistent. I think there is a conflict with a css you provided earlier to make the menu layout adapt the mobile look. Check it out and let me know if you see what I describe.
I also have a few more request with regards to the menu:
1. Is there a way to make the big X faded?
2. How can I get the words/choices on the menu to be centered? Thanks.

July 20, 2017 at 2:21 pm #152420You don’t seem to be using that widget area though? Why keep it?
yes you would need to remove the css you added to force the menu beside the logo.
I see the css I sent you working fine in safari. did you make sure to clear your cache?

In forum: Reply To:July 19, 2017 at 12:12 pm #152307Hey,
Try this, turn off jetpack “photon” then try your slider (we recommend not using photon anyway because of how slow it is but I think it might also be causing this because wordpress can’t get the width information for the image.)W3 Total Cache and Autoptimize.
Those plugins do some of the same things. If you’re using total cache you don’t need autoptimize.
In forum: Virtue ThemeJuly 18, 2017 at 7:47 am #152173Hey there,
I have three “Virtue: Image Menu Item” items on my font page, that I’ve noticed have recently started to only load/show once the mouse in clicked on desktop and laptop versions of my site. The used to load automatically, when simply scrolling down to their location on the page.
I’ve tried clearing caches and histories on my devices, but I still get the same problem on Chrome, Firefox and IE.
On tablets and mobiles they load automatically.
Any way of making these load automatically on desktops and laptops as well, without the visitor needing to click their mouse somewhere on the page?
Thanks!

Hi Ben
Thanks for responding. My website is actually performing very well (about 500ms for an 836kb page on Pingdom using Swedish server, with 99 on Performance Grade), which is why I notice in the file request waterfall that kt-icon is invariably the slowest item to load for each page. I agree that 106kB is not huge but, when ‘Source Sans’ and ‘Libre Baskerville’ woff files that I am serving from my CDN come in at 18.4kB and 31.7kB respectively, I just wondered if the size of kt-fonts could be usefully reduced. I would love to see the option inside theme options as I really believe in making web pages as snappy as possible, even on first load before browser has cached items.
Thanks again for taking the time to engage.
Miranda

July 17, 2017 at 12:41 pm #152128Did you clear wp fastest cache?
There is not a mobile and a desktop version of the carousel. They are the same. Your just seeing a cached version.
