Hi there,
I’m trying to update my product pages and they don’t update. I’ve cleared my cache and the problem still persists. The problem occurs both in the back end when editing the page (for example, i’ll edit part of the product page and click update – the part i’ve edited then changes back to the original) and it also doesnt update in the front end?
How can I fix this?
Thanks
Well, I checked my site again just now, a few hours after I initially posted this request and it appears to have updated. It just looks several hours to show the changes on mobile device. This may have something to do with my own server settings. But it’s still somewhat perplexing because I did clear my cache when I was testing earlier and still no change. Only after a long period of time did the changes work…
I can’t seem to get the mobile header and mobile menu setting updates I’ve made to show on my device. I’ve been making the edits on my MacBook, then checking the results on my iPhone 7. But the changes are not showing. I’ve cleared all website cache data, multiple times. But it won’t seem to update. I’ve tried a variety of different settings in both the mobile header and mobile menu sections but even with cache clearing, nothing changes on my mobile device. Not sure what else to check at this point. My website is *Login to see link .
Hi Frank,
I am seeing your posts load fine. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

Hi Ben,
I checked the previous discussion and didn’t find a solution to address my issue, which just happened recently.
Virtue – PremiumVersion: 4.1.9
Bold – 1.0
“Forced Dev Mode Off Enabled” Error

I didn’t see any newer updates for the theme. I also clicked on “Purge all caches” but didn’t do the trick.
I used Chrome to inspect and didn’t see any server errors. Only “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)”. Is this what caused the issue? Not sure which plugin or theme is looking for this file “wp-emoji-release.min.js”.
My website link is *Login to see link See if you can figure out what the issue is or please feel free to let me know if you need more info from me. Thank you so much.
Hey Harry,
When using a caching plugin, the plugin should cache the site for any display size. Have you configured a caching plugin such as w3 total cache? Doing so should take care of this for you.
Let me know if that’s what you’re after.

Sorry for the delay. I’m still seeing the sidebar. Are you using a caching plugin to clear your cache?

Do you have a cache running on your site? If so, try clearing so that I can see the most current form of the page.
-Kevin
Sorry Jenny, I’m still not understanding. Are you trying to add a text widget that is not displaying? Have you cleared your cache after adding it?
-Kevin
Hey,
I haven’t heard of any others experiencing these issues. Is it just backend issues? Are you clearing your cache? If you’d like you can send a temp login and we can take a look for you. You can set as a private reply.

Hey Scott,
1. I’m not sure I understand your issue. Can you share a screenshot so that I can be sure that I’m following?
2. Are you clearing your site’s cache after switching to the center logo option?
If you’d like, you can post a login in a private reply and I’ll be happy to take a look at your settings.
-Kevin
I’m still seeing coming soon.
If you want just send a temp login and I can take a look.
Also make sure you are clearing w3 total cache after every change you make.
Ben
I’m seeing the widgets now. Have you tried clearing your cache?

Hey Paul,
I’m seeing 4 columns and no empty space. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?
