No I have no idea what would cause that. I can’t re create it so it’s got to be something on your server. Can you check your server error logs as well as make sure all the database cache is cleared?

Thanks Ben for suggesting that we wait a week…too bad that I didn’t know this because of the mess it made.
I will not forget from here on to wait until for a week or so!

For now tho, I’ve manually updated Virtue Premium, cleared the cache and now I need to take care of what most of the folks on the support post are dealing with and not sure what to do these required Template File changes:

Hi Robert,
1. From Theme Options > Topbar Settings you can enable the Topbar Widget area then add a text widget from Appearance > Widgets.

2. Have you cleared your cache? What css have you added?

3. I would recommend just using a maintenance mode plugin like here- https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode/

Yes, just found it WooCommerce Zoomifier – The Ultimate Responsive WooCommerce Magnifier is making teh problem if I deactivate it the image change accordingly. I just got a message in my dashboard after updating Woocommerce again:

I didn’t clear cache, WordPress doesn’t allow me to install any plugin to do it.
I have this trouble with every page, I can’t use Visual Composer to edit or build a page. I contacted you because their support says to do so. Do you think this is their issue instead?

Most likely this is a cache issue. Clearing browser cookies and even flush your DNS might do the trick.

In my case, Cloudflare had cached my admin pages and made it impossible for me to import some demos while others were ok. I have one site on the network where I was unable to make any changes, no matter what I tried.

I always though CloudFlare did not cache admin pages! After purging CloudFlare’s cache, everything works just as it were a brand new install!

Ok that was an issue with WP Total Cache. It appears to be back up on Firefox, Edge and Chrome now… but I am still unable to find any link to the Kadence Slider. It appears in my list of plugins with the option to deactivate or edit code.

The main image at the top of the home page uses the Kadence slider. Problem is that the overlying text is appearing too low. It used to be centered on the image.

Hi Hannah,

Yes I’ve tried clearing the cache but it doesn’t seem to change anything. It’s been 2 weeks now. The Google Map pin still shows one of the former addresses when clicked (but is at the right location).

I’ve checked in the Theme Settings › Misc section (well, the equivalent in French, as the theme is in French on this site) but can’t find any “Theme Google Maps” section like the one shown in the tutorial… so I don’t know where to paste a GM API.
