    Hi Kevin,
In Theme Options > Blog Options make sure you have set the Blog Post Summary Default to show an image. Also make sure you are clearing your cache.

    Hi Hannah,

    1. I was not sure whether you meant items to be product or icons so here is what I did. I created 3 test icons and uploaded an image for each one. Saved. Purged cache. Viewed site. Back to theme options. Purged cache. Tried to create another icon and did not have the option to select one.

    2. Assuming you meant item = product, I created 3 new test products. Purged cache. Theme Options. Purged cache. Home Layout. Home Icon Menu. Add icon. Same negative result.

The setting should effect the h5 elements on both sites. Try clearing your cache after making the change and let me know if that helps.

Oddly enough – it is now working. Apologies for wasting time! Maybe a cache thing?

    Hi there,

I have used the Virtue theme twice before and not yet encountered this problem. When the Site Origin Page Builder is activated the pages that it’s used on no longer load at all. I have deactivated all other plugins and I am running the site on the latest version of WordPress. I have also cleared the cache.

The site is (only just started as you can see).

Do you know why this is happening and how to resolve it?

    Thanks.

Looks like you still have not set a meta description? Do this then clear your cache. Let us know if there’s no change.

    Hey Linn,

It appears that your home page is displaying full width. Did you clear your cache after setting it to be fullwidth in Theme Options> Main Settings?

Yes send the screen shot. https://postimage.org

And yes by updating you would be clearing the cache so I’m not surprised that updated meant what you saw changed.

I update on a regular basis as needed or as new features are developed. I can assure you with 100% confidence that nothing could effect your site by there being a new update available. I understand that your experience makes you think it’s possible but I know the code. it’s simply not possible.

For your peace of mind if you would like to send me a temp login to your site I would be happy to install the theme 1 version back so that there is an update available and you can see that it won’t effect your site.

    Hey Marcie,

Just to be sure, did you clear your cache after disabling the plugin? if your cache wasn’t cleared, then I wouldn’t rule out a conflict between those icons and the plugin.

Can you confirm that you cleared your cache?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

    Hi,

You are right, it was pinnacle before. I changed style.css back to virtue premium, deleted cache and expired cache, saved again permalinks, still not working (right now cache is disabled). Interesting that it worked very well some days ago, including the pagination for Romanian and French portfolio, but after I changed the slug of the English portfolio page all portfolio pages is empty, and it doesn’t resolved after I changed back the slug of the English portfolio page.

    Regards,

    Hey,
Can you send me a temp login so I can see your settings. IT seems you are using a language plugin and super cache so I can’t see your multilingual plugin settings which play a large part in how this works and becuase of super cache I can’t see the most currently output of your site.

You can use set as private reply.

Hello Kevin. I was not logged in for any of the browsers except Firefox. I just tried something different which is using my iPhone as a hotspot for my computer and going to the website and now it works which means my home Internet provider may have cache the site on there servers so it may now take a while for me to see it while using my home internet. As long as it works I ok.

    Problem solved. Thanks again everyone.

Hello Hannah. I cleared my cache several times. I have also tried 3 browsers, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. I have even tried a VPN. Slider still doesn’t show up.

    Thanks.
