Hello Carrie!,
1. I’m seeing no slider and just the hamburger icon on mobile. Did you figure it out? Try clearing your cache if you’re not seeing this. Let me know if it’s still wrong on your end after that.
2. You can set the footer font color in Theme Options> Basic Styling.
3. Here’s some CSS that will resize that text in mobile:
@media (max-width: 992px) { #pl-w57ed145ab5dd5 .textwidget h4 { font-size: 20px; } }You can change the “20px” value to whatever size that you want.
Let me know if this is helpful!

Duh! But never mind now. It is working.
I had cleared my cache on both browsers and still had the same issue. So after you replied Kevin I checked my phone (off of wifi) and it was working. I then reset my router and it cleared out. So I am good now.
Sorry for bothering you guys.
Chad

In forum: Virtue ThemeSeptember 28, 2016 at 1:41 pm #115214I tested clearing the cache on iphone and no luck in recreating. The way the code is written I’m not even seeing a way this could happen because the images are loaded intrinsically meaning the size of the items are not based on needing the image to load (so slow speeds wouldn’t matter the grid loads without the images loaded).

Hello Heather!,
Have you tried clearing your site’s cache after making changes to the slider? It’s possible that the site is still loading from your caching plugin, preventing your changes from being visible.
As for the failure to load of your images in the post slider, it seems you’re getting some errors in your console. As a starting point, I suggest going through all of your plugins and deactivating one by one to see if there is one responsible for those errors.
Give those two things a try and let me know if anything changes.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHey Nadine,
I just tested from an Iphone6 and could not get this issue to repeat. Have you tested from other devices or just the one? Have you tried clearing cache on that device? Also ensure you’re using the latest version of the theme and all plugins are up to date.Hannah

Hi,
I’m having the same problem.
All icons on the site lynlife.com disappear after about 2 seconds and are replaced by boxes in Safari and Chrome. They appear correctly in Firefox.
I’ve troubleshooted via Hannah’s suggestions to deactivate plugins and to clear my cache but neither helped. Thanks,

Hi, I have a big problem with my website builted with Virtue theme.
During the update of the plugin W3 total cache appeared this error (and website was offline): Fatal error: Call to undefined function w3_is_dbcluster() in /web/htdocs/www.visitvigata.com/home/wp-content/db.php on line 30
I have fix the website through a backup and deactivate W3 total cache from the dashbord of Aruba.
Now, in WordPress dashbord I read: Some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /web/htdocs/www.visitvigata.com/home/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /web/htdocs/www.visitvigata.com/home/wp-content/db.php.W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. In forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Help with my shop
Hi there,
I’m having the weirdest problem and I can’t figure out what is going on. A while back I added two different items to my shop – *Login to see link – shirts under the apparel category and tote bags under the merchandise category. I thought they were working fine at the time but I have just discovered that the items and categories other than sponsorship can’t be seen in the shop. But the items themselves will still come up in the randomised featured product carousel on the home page which can link through to the items that show them as they should in their correct categories and purchasable.
Also, I can actually see the products in the shop from Chrome on my macbook while not logged in and even after clearing the cache, but on my phone I can’t see them and nor could two friends who checked their computers.
Any help would be much appreciated! I have no idea what is causing this! It is probably something simple but I can’t figure it out!
