    1. There isn’t a built in option to make this work. It would require adding a custom function into a child theme.

    2. I just checked from three different browsers and am not seeing a white line under the footer. Have you tried clearing your cache? Could you send a screenshot?

I am still seeing the same mobile template when I view your site from my Iphone. Did you disable this setting in Jetpack? Is your cache cleared?

There is not a mobile template built into the theme, you have a plugin that is enforcing this. Are you using jetpack? I know that they have a mobile template that may have gotten enabled. Please deactivate your plugins until the mobile view displays as normal (like the demo I linked to). Also make sure you cache is being cleared.

I have Virtue Premium and have been using the Kadence slider for my homepage. I recently changed the picture on the first slider, which appears in Safari and shows up fine in mobile. However, the change has not appeared in Internet Explorer or Firefox. I have the same slider for computer and mobile. I tried emptying the cache and refreshing the page, without success. Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi Janek,
Just tested around on your site for a bit and couldn’t get your issue to happen. The cart button from the main menu seems to be working fine. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    1. I am using Safari, and yes i just tried to clear my cache, unfortunately it didn’t fix the problem.
If i go the product site, this one for an example kleinkram24.de/shop/wiki-apus-ll/, and i try to navigate down the dropdown menu, the menu disappears.
But when i use the menu from the frontpage, instead of a product page, it works just fine, and the menu doesn’t disappear when i use it.

    2. I have another question as well. Dont know if i should open af new thread another time?
My website is getting a little slow. I asked my webhotel, if they had any suggestions to fix this problem. They told me to “use cacheing” to solve the problem. Do you have any recommended plugin or useful tips for, how to use caching, or a suggestion for anything els that would speed up my webshop?

    Thanks in advantage Hannah.

    #87801

Ok, so I put the JS into Settings >>> Headers and Footers box. Cleared site and browser cache. Nothing changed. The sidebar still scrolls with the page and doesn’t stay in place.

The JS does break the website, however. With it in the Footer, my Virtue Lightboxes and Tabs no longer work, so I had to delete the script from the Footer Settings box.

    🙁

Have you tried clearing your cache to see if that solves the problem?

That’s where I would start. If you can provide a link to your site, that would be helpful.

    Thanks!,
    Kevin

I don’t see the css I posted in your theme options > custom css output?

After you add please clear your cache.

I see the code working? Did you clear your cache?

Also understand you would have to be using a modern browser for this animation to work.

    Hey Matthias,
Sounds to me like it was just a caching issue. In the future make sure you clear your cache first.

    Hey Theresa,
I just checked from three different browsers and am seeing your icons display fine in all. Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Unfortunately, I’m not there yet.

There’s something flakey going on with the portfolio sidebar menu.

    Here’s an example:
    https://www.honeybees.nz/beekeeping-info/getting-started-with-bees/
The second article (of the two showing) does not appear in the sidebar menu and I can’t figure why.
It also was highlighting the menu item when in that page, but that’s disappeared.
    I’ve resaved permalinks.
I’ve cleared browser cache several times

Earlier, I did do another article and it appeared second in the list ok, but I had to trash it (trash has been emptied), but before emptying, the item in the trash was still appearing in the sidebar portfolio menu.

Can you plse see what’s wrong?

    Tks, a lot, John

    Hey Jacqueline,
With WP Super Cache you have to clear your cache after every change is made. When it comes to caching plugins we recommend WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.

    Hannah

    #85833

Correct….I can make the changes but they don’t show up on the website. Yes, I am using WP Super Cache. Should I remove that plug in?
