    Have you tried turning off your maintenance and clearing the cache after logging out on mobile. Then scrolling around while being logged out.

    i’m using Virtue SEO, problem is when i share it to facebook the home link the image pops up underneath. I deleted the image when i first started the theme. so i cleared my facebook cache and another image comes up now and that’s fine.

    Hello! I have tested, and while it loads very slowly, the slider works for me when I hit refresh on my mac in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

    Have you tried clearing your cache to see if that helps?

    Hi Ben,
    No browser extension.
    Yes, latest safari release.
    Scrolling is in mobile, cleared cache of course.

    I’m freaking out, i can’t undertstand what cause the problem.

    Can you confirm your using the latest? version.

    Scroll is on safari and you cleared your cache before testing correct?

    It’s hard to tell much when I can’t recreate…. Hmm still thinking.

    Hello,

    Here is my question I am trying to minify some of my css and js content with the W3 Total cache plugins. However I am running into some issue the main thing is that I cannot scan for the files because W3 does not see my Virtue theme template, I am currently using a child theme but it is not a problem with the child theme since I cannot even @import parent theme. So do you guys have a compatibility issue with W3 Total cache ?
    If no then is there something I can do to make it work?

    The product filter problem is caused by a problem between the product filter plugin and w3 total cache. ive messaged the plugin developer but not fixed it yet.

    Hey,
    Happy to hear security is important. Surprised to then see all the notices in your admin? You need to connect plugins, update the woocommerce database.. Those are by far the most important things you can do for security.

    You have new relic turned on but not set up in your w3 total cache? You *had enabled the virtue toolkit which there was a notice on every admin page to deactivate it (I removed this for you).

    You are running wordpress 4.3.3 (current version is 4.4.2) – Thats a huge security thing.

    Anyway all tips but stuff you should really take to heart.

    Currently your reviews page seems to have been broken because you were out of php memory in you php settings. You had set the page to load all of your posts on one page.. The setting: “How Many Posts Per Page”. with 151 posts your server couldn’t deliver that.

    I changed the setting to 6 so you can see that it works.

    Hey,
    Best thing is to contact your host. Different hosts can have different issues with different caching options.

    I personally recommend w3 total cache so it’s not going to be a compatibly issue with the theme but could be one with your host, or other plugins. If wp super cache is working then that is fine just be aware the wp super cache doesn’t clear your cache so you have to manually do it after each change (settings > wp-super cache)

    You don’t have the breadcrumbs showing on the shop page because you don’t have a page title showing. The breadcrumbs are in the same place as your title.

    Else you can add in your own link into the page itself if you don’t want a title area.

    In terms of the single product page I don’t see the css added. Did you clear your cache after adding it?

    I am still unable to access the page, I do realize the site speed is slow and we are working with W3 Total cache. For the same page if I do not use the ‘Blog’ template and instead use the short code on the page, it works. But I am not looking for this layout.

    So could you please access the page again now and let me know what your analysis is?

    Hi Kevin, thanks for replying. Yes it was recommended ages ago and ive never had any problems with it, so I wounded what was going on.

    My site is http://www.tuscanyvillages.com. I quickly had to use another cache plugin today as it was suddenly too slow without one. I’m using WP Super Cache but i’m not sure if thats any good in the long run.

    Can you see any issues? I could try again the W3 total cache.

    Which slides is it supposed to be appearing on? Is the blurryness of the last slide the result of the shape on your page?

    That’s the only place I’m seeing anything on your slider that’s transparent. I checked in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, and it’s visible on each.

    I also checked in internet explorer and it looks exactly the same.

    I would attempt to clear your cache after confirming that your changes have been saved to see if that solves the issue. Once you have tested the cache and can rule that out as the culprit, let me know where it gets you and we’ll go from there.

    Hi,
    I am dealing with the same problem now. I am working on a post with pagebuilder. I put in the virtue gallery masonry style. After deleting images, uploading new ones etc nothing happens after saving when I want to the preview I can only see the first edit I made. Browser cache is clear :-/

    Is there a problem with the w3cache with the pinnacle theme? I ran into a few http errors and my site was down, so I deactivated it in order for my site to be up. I diativated it, deleted it, my site was back up immediately. Then I installed it again, activated it and my site went back down. This all started lastnight.
