That’s one of a few places to clear your cache. It’s also useful to clear it within your browser.
We recommend that you use a plugin such as this one for site caching.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/This will also help with your site’s speed. It’s definitely something I would suggest getting familiar with.
Try clearing those caches and let me know if that helps.

Its hosted on GoDaddy, so I click their menu and choose Flush Cache. Is that correct?

You’re correct that it does look centered vertically. The settings don’t seem to be reflected on your site.
Have you tried clearing your cache to see if the changes take place after that?

Yep I have cleared the cache, turned the phone off and back on. Still having an issue. Iphone 6s with ios 9.2.1 installed.

I am having a problem with the Virtue Gallery Widget in Page Builder. I seem to only be able to display the gallery as thumbnails with captions showing, and whenever I make any changes to this nothing happens. For example, I currently have a 3 column masonry gallery set up with no captions displayed, but it is displaying a 3 column thumbnail gallery with captions. I have refreshed, cleared my cache and tried on different devices and the same problem persists.
If you reply to this message I will private reply to you with a link and some temporary login details so that you can see what I mean! Any help would be much appreciated.

Just played around on your site with an iphone 6 and couldn’t get these issues to repeat. Have you tried clearing your mobile cache?Hannah

So my first guess is that there is so much going on that your site can’t catch up. Are you using a caching plugin? We highly recommend W3 Total Cache or WP Rocket.

Thanks a lot for update, this fix the scroll issue but after update my Layout is broken, only on smartphone: some row created with PageBuilder are no more responsive and this broke some parts of page layout.

I’ve tried to create a new row an a page with issue and update but can’t fix this.
Every try with cleared cache of course.
This problem is only on small size devices like smartphone (i’ve tested with iphone 5s), on ipad works fine. How i can fix this?

Hello! Would it be possible for you to send a link to the page that you’re having issues with?
This sounds like it could be a caching error. Have you tried clearing your site’s cache to see if that solves the issue?

I pushed out an update. 3.5.2 I’ve got some tricky code that might force this scroll effect to go away. Try updating and clearing your cache.

Hey,
1. In your settings > reading have you assigned a page to be the front page?
2. You need to set the meta tags so places like facebook know which image to use. Best is to use a plugin like yoast SEO.
Also note that facebook has a cache that can take up to two weeks to complete.
