    Hey,
    1. Have you tried compressing your images? A caching plugin can also be very helpful. We love WP Rocket and W3 Total Cache.

    2. If the virtue shortcode works then why not just use it? What happened when you tried to use the Video embed PB widget?

    3. What kind of ruins? Can you be more specific?

    4. “sometimes it seems, sometimes does not seem” << Sorry, not sure what you mean? If the download is failing it could be your php memory or max upload size needs to be increased. Your host should be able to help you with this. 5. Sorry again, not quite sure what you're asking... 6. What is happening when you try to add? Are they not saving?     Weird, it wasn’t happening when I tested before but now it is. It almost seems like a loading issue. Try installing a caching plugin like this- https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
    Does that change anything?

    Hi Maria,
    Ben should be on within the next little bit and if necessary I’m sure he can provide a download for the previous version. However, many have switched to the newest version and are not having problems. Can you post a link to your site? Have you tried deactivating plugins to test? Have you also tried clearing your cache?

    I cannot find any permalink setting inside the woocommerce setting page. However, I tried to clean WC Transients and Expired Transients and to rebuild the Term counts without success.

    For the polylang plugin I have the WPML Compatibility option set to Activated and I cannot change it. The description is WPML compatibility mode of Polylang.
    Regarding to the URL setting of polylang I have:
    Remove /language/ in pretty permalinks: Example: http://tuscanini.audio/tuscanini/en/
    and
    The language is set from the directory name in pretty permalinks: Example: http://tuscanini.audio/tuscanini/en/my-post/

    The site is under development and in the future I will move it into the finale URL http://tuscanini.audio.

    This sounds like an old problem but I can’t find any existing forum replies detailed enough to help.

    Home page is

    On it I have a post under the heading “Next Event”. Currently it shows an entry headed “Committee Meeting 24 February”. I want to change this. I made the change on the Posts page, updated, reloaded the home page; no change. I cleared the Firefox cache, reloaded, no change.

    What next? Is there a server-side cache I need to clear?

    Hi Ben,
    Clean the cache browsers (firefox and chrome) and nothing helped. I turn off the all plugs and did not help. It helped only manual installation theme.
    Do you have any ideas what could be wrong?
    Recently, I noticed that very slowly load the dashboard – updates (… wp-admin / update-core.php) and sometimes can not display this page and need to freshen F5. Other plug-ins update correctly the problem only occurs with the theme.

    I still do not have slider. I’m using google chrome and I cleared my browser cache. My home page is failsayf.com/pyc [didn’t see caps lock key from previous post]. Alsao, top menu for wordpress editing does not show up when i login as sadmin and go to “visit site”. Menu bar and dashboard sow up on other pages.

    If your using the auto settings you just need to clear the minify cache and it will rebuild itself.

    Hey,
    1. What device are you using? I can’t get the orange to show. Have you cleared the cache on your device?

    2. Go into your settings > pagebuilder. Click on the layout tab. Make your “Row Bottom Margin” 0.

    3. I don’t see that you have added this… I posted this in your previous topic:

    .infobanner {margin:0}

    You need that and you need to set the widget styles to have margin:0;

    4. Don’t set the parallax based on the widget.. use the row and it will automatically work on mobile see here: https://www.kadencewp.com/using-page-builder-virtue-premium/

    As far as I know it shouldn’t override the full width setting. I’m still seeing your slider full width. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing you cache?

    Hi,
    I just bought your premium virtue theme for my website io/tuscanini/en/audiophile-craftmanship/. I’m using several plugin and in particular the e-commerce plugin woocommerce. I have installed the latest version of wordpress and all plugin. The website is hosted on siteground. I noticed a strange behaviour of some pages in the e-commerce. When I enter in the shop page, I can see the list of items. However, sometimes I can only click on add to basket button since if I click on the item in order to read the description I am redirect to a missing page “Page not found”, this is happening right now io/tuscanini/en/shop/speaker/sonetto/.
    I tried to disable all the plugin without success. Moreover, I did not modified any template.php file, but only the main CSS file. Or could the problem be the SiteGround SuperCacher plugin?
    This is the list of plugin that I have installed on my wordpress site.
