    It’s pretty sporadic. The last time I asked about it, it corrected itself without me meddling with plugins. It’s happened when I update the theme, too.

    The one I had just updated, Mailchimp for WordPress seemed to interfere. But when I disable the plugin and clear the cache, it doesn’t revert to the correct setting.

    1. Based on the output of your site I see super cache running so if your not clearing the cache then that would be an issue. You may want to check your settings if your thinking it’s disabled.

    Hi guys,

    Whenever I update a plugin, the Transparent Header Until Scroll seems to malfunction. I’ve tried clearing the cache in my browser, on the site, and then turning off the “Transparent header until scroll” feature. It happens most often on this site, , but it’s happened across the board with each use of Pinnacle. After a while it corrects itself, so I have absolutely no idea.

    Thoughts?

    I’m not using cache services until I’m up and running with the site …

    Some products do have sale price??

    And,couldn’t detect anything with reddit script // can you help identify?

    But, if not ,…I am just going to move on and consider this topic concluded .. to be figured out at a later time 🙂

    Hey,
    I have no one else reporting this, I also use this theme on this site and gets orders from people all over the world using different browsers. I don’t think your issue is with the theme.

    Your server my be reacting poorly to w3 total cache. Thats very server dependent and the most likely option I can think of. Is there anything you can do right now to re-create this issue? Or is this just being reported to you but you can’t recreate?

    1. In your settings > wp-super cache have you cleared your caching?

    2. Do you have products that have a sale price?

    3. There seems to be an error with a reddit script? do you have a plugin loading that?

    Hi, I have to come back to you with the same problem.
    The cart does not work properly. I get the orders from clients, but I also learnt that still for some clients, when they add the prodcut to the cart, cart says that it is empty. You said me once that you checked in all the browsers you have on your computer, and it works, but still I continue to face the same problem. Seems that people have different versions of browsers.
    I have disabled the W3 total Cache and also disabled “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” .
    Does not help. What else can I do? This problem is very crucuial for me. Seems that I lose some of my clients and also it does not let me to enroll my site in local internet-stores-search-platform, as their checks also says that the cart does not work properly.

    I hope for you help with this issue.

    Yes the cache is clear, all my other sites did shot the upgrade but not this one. Is it possible there is a server side setting that would prevent it from showing up?

    No, installing will not overwrite. Not sure why the update wouldn’t be showing in your dashboard. Is you cache cleared?

    Have you tried clearing your cache? Sometimes caching will prevent your changes from immediately becoming apparent. That’s the first thing that I would try!

    Hi Ben,

    For some reason the website I am working on myfuturepc.com, the homepage is misaligned on mobile devices. When I access the site on my iPhone there is a white gap between the content and the right-side of the screen. I disabled the child theme and flushed the cache and I still see the gap. Why do you think this is happening?

    When I look at your site I still see custom layer sizes taking effect. After you changed to all auto did you make sure to clear the cache in your wp super cache?

    I already cleared the cache and i tested it with two different browsers and the issue persists, i have just 4 plugins installed ( woocommerce, paypal,kadence importer and jetpack) i was planning to continue installing some plugins more but i stopped because of this issue, can’t continue if i don’t know what’s missing.

    Hey! Have you tried clearing your cache? Sounds like that could be your issue. I would also check to see if you may have any conflicting plugins installed, but given that your site is just in the beginning of being built, that likely is not your issue. Still worth checking though!
