    Hi Shawn,

Thanks for sharing the temp login, I did log in once, but it logged me out within some time. I am unable to log in again.
Please set the temp login for at least one week.

Changing the z-index is the correct way to resolve the issue.

[Also, is there a way to change the font size of the menu?]

You can change the font size from customize > Header > Primary Navigation > Design
    Check the screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/geuEdmpX

    [Faq section]
I have checked your website on different browsers, FAQ section is working fine.
    Check the screencast:https://share.getcloudapp.com/Kou9YAed

As you are using a cache plugin on your website. I recommend that you clear the cache, when you make changes on the website, or deactivate the cache in development mode.

Can you try clearing your Website and Browser Cache? https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/clearing-your-website-cache/

    [Contact Form 7]
I have added the contact form 7 on my test website, everything is working as expected.
    Check the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nubvzg8

Unfortunately, Contact Form 7 is not our product, so we can’t fully help you with this.
It has its own HTML structure. You will need to add custom CSS/HTML to customize and change its design.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Hi, Michael!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I checked both categories. I was able to see the extra category for the Pyjamas category. Here are the steps I did on your website:

    1. Deactivated the WP Fastest Cache temporarily.
    2. Edited the Robe Set category’s extra description and saved the changes.
    3. Restored the original category description and saved

You’ll see in my screen recording that the description is now showing for that specific category.

Could you try updating the description of the other categories and see if that will fix the issue?

I hope this helps. Please let us know how we can help you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

I identified the issue is happening whenever I activate LiteSpeed Cache even though I’m not using their Caching features. I was using it for image and page optimization.

Nevertheless, whenever I activate the plugin, it screws up my site.

I’ll have to find something else for optimization of pages and images.

    Hi Chito,

check “Pyjamas” category and also “Pure Silk” category. These both have footer descriptions that will not display. (there may be others I haven’t checked them all)

I’ve cleared browser cache and website cache, however the problem persists.

The “Robes” category it will display the description correctly.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for the login details.

I checked the staging site, but the issue didn’t happen on my end. Here’s a video: https://share.getcloudapp.com/llu7obmO

I only cleared all the cache before testing it in two products.

If the issue persists on your end, try to clear the site and browser cache.

Please let us know how we can help further.

    Kind regards,
    Chito

    Hi there,

I saw that you have submitted a similar issue in our support channel. I believe the issue was resolved by clearing the cache from Bluehost.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

    Best regards,
    Teejay.

    Thank you Eze !
It seems to be a cache problem somewhere on my server configuration. I already tried to use Chrome and Edge (after clearing caches) or in private navigation in Firefox before my post, but I didn’t see anything…
Thanks to your screen recording I can see that it seems to work as expected !
I am going to investigate a little more on server side and try with a mobile device.

    Regards

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing.

I tested your codes and both worked on my test site. Here’s a video: https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuKvgJZ

Perhaps, there’s a missing or excess brackets {} in your custom CSS. Try adding any of those codes on the top most.

If it still doesn’t work, kindly clear any cache on your website and try visiting the page in an incognito window.

Another question is How to reduce the H3 text size only in left sidebar without affecting the H3 in main content.

You can use any heading block in your sidebar, such as the Advanced Text block, so you can customize the font. Otherwise, you’ll need to use the below sample custom CS.

    .has-left-sidebar .primary-sidebar h3{
        font-size: 15px !important
    }

I hope this helps, and please let us know how we can help further.

    Kind regards,
    Chito

    Hi there,

I was unable to replicate the issue on my website. The Advanced Gallery block carousel is autoplaying.

Watch my screen recording of the “Notre vision” page on your website for reference:
    https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAuoQ5RL

You can try the following troubleshooting steps:
    – Try clearing your web browser cache, or try visiting your website in incognito mode.
    – This might be due to accessibility settings on your device not allowing these animations. Try to locate the accessibility setting on your device and enable “Allow show scrollbar” in the visual effect option (Please note that the accessibility setting label may vary on different devices).
    – Try visiting your website on a different web browser.
    – Try using another device to visit your website and let me know if the issue is replicated on it.

I hope this helps. Please let us know how we can help further.

    Cheers,
    Eze

    Hey Amy,
Sounds like all the cache wasn’t getting cleared before, but it seems like things are working now? Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!

    Kindly,

    Hi @Ecourses LTD,

Thank you for narrowing down the issue and trying a few potential solutions. It is possible that this issue could be caused by the security level of the CAPTCHA type you are using.

Google CAPTCHA v2 may be more effective in stopping some types of spam attacks that require user interaction to complete, such as filling out a form. On the other hand, v3 is more effective in stopping automated bot attacks that mimic human behaviour, so it is best to use a CAPTCHA type that attends to your user’s activities on your website.

Could you please confirm what Google CAPTCHA type you are using, v2 or v3?

Meanwhile, would suggest trying the following to see if it resolves the issue:

    – Clear the cache of your website and try again. Sometimes, a cached version of the website can cause issues with other plugins
    – Try disabling the CAPTCHA for the WooCommerce Checkout Form. See screenshot for reference:
    https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLul0RPY

If the issue persists after trying any of the steps above, kindly send us a screen recording of how the issue happens or your website URL so that we can investigate and provide you with an appropriate solution.

We recommend that when sending links to your websites, kindly check “set as private reply” before submitting your reply.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or clarifications.

    Cheers,
    Eze

    Hi Sara,

Based on the information provided, it seems like the Advanced Gallery (Fluid Carousel) is having some issues with its initial load/display on your client’s website, causing a super-fast scrolling before settling down to the speed and transition speeds that have been inputted.

I was unable to replicate this issue on my website using Advanced Gallery (Fluid Carousel). The scrolling speed and transition was normal upon page load. See screencast for reference:
    https://share.getcloudapp.com/ApuvAXYZ

To fix this issue, there are a few things that you can try:

    – Disable any caching plugins: Caching can sometimes cause conflicts with scripts and styles, so disabling them might help. (https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/clearing-your-website-cache/

    – Check if there are any conflicting plugins or scripts that might be interfering with the gallery’s functionality. You can try temporarily disabling all plugins except for the gallery and see if the issue still persists. If the issue goes away, you can then re-enable each plugin one by one until you find the conflicting plugin. (https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/

    – Try optimizing the images that are being displayed in the gallery. Large or unoptimized images can sometimes cause performance issues, so optimizing them might help speed up the gallery’s performance.

I hope these suggestions help you to fix the issue. Please let me know if you have any other questions or clarifications.

    Cheers,
    Eze

Hi, sorry for taking so long to reply. After spending hours looking for the error, I managed to solve it 100%. The problem was the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, I deactivated it and it worked. In the end, activate the LiteSpeed Cache and deactivate some of its functions that cause errors (CSS Settings) (Combine CSS I put it in off ). Deactivating this option everything returned to normal

    Hi Rufino,

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the Android Mobile view of your website category menu.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    Hi There,

I have added the snippet you sent on my test website and it works fine.

According to the screenshot you have sent, errors are related to your cache and CDN. Try to deactivate them and then add the snippet to see if the issue still persists.

Note: As you are using caches, please clear the cache and cookies from the browser before adding the snippet.

I hope this helps. If you have further questions, please let us know; we’ll be happy to help.

    Best Regards,
    Archita

    Hi Dean,

I am sorry to hear that the SiteOrigin Slider on your website only shows 1 out of 8 images in the slider. I am happy to help you fix it!

I have replicated the exact issue on my website using the default SiteOrigin Slider settings, and all 8 of my image sliders are displayed. Watch my screencast for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBurdllq

Although, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue with the SiteOrigin Slider not displaying all the images:

    – Check Slider Settings: Log in to the WordPress dashboard and navigate to the SiteOrigin Slider settings. Ensure that the slider is set to display all images and that the image sizes are correctly set.

    – Disable Other Page Builder Plugins: Deactivate all other page builder plugins on your website except for the SiteOrigin Slider and see if the issue persists. If the slider starts working correctly, one of the other plugins might be causing a conflict. Reactivate each plugin one by one to determine which plugin is causing the issue.

    – Clear Cache: Clear the cache on your website to ensure that the slider is not being affected by any cached data.

    – Check Image Size: Ensure that the image size of all images used in the slider is not too large, as this can sometimes cause issues with the slider.

    – Disable AutoPlay: After doing this, update and view the page, then try navigating the slider and see if you can view all 8 images.

I hope one of these solutions helps you to resolve the issue with the SiteOrigin Slider on your website. Please let me know if you have any questions or clarifications.

    Cheers,
    Eze

    Hello Michael,

Are you using the latest Pinnacle theme and Shop Kit plugin versions? Do you use the free Pinnacle or premium theme? I was not able to recreate the problem. A screenshot shows the extra category description text at the bottom of a product category archive. No text is in the standard description box, but the extra category description is visible.

Please, follow the steps in our troubleshooting article, including clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts.

I use Kadence Ascend with Blocks 3.

The font I use for everything on the site is Raleway. In my Theme Options, I’ve set Raleway (my only font in Typography) to load locally. That works.

I’d like to use some accent fonts here and there. I choose Poppins, for example, on the home page in a block and choose to load it front-end.

    It still loads from fonts.gstatic.com

I’ve cleared my cache. What am I doing wrong or does this feature only work when using THE Kadence Theme.

    Thanks!

    #282673

    Hi Hannah.

I did have the fonts added globally in Typography as you indicated, that’s why I thought something was wrong.

Something strange happened over the weekend. On Saturday, I switched the site from being cached at the host’s servers to Cloudflare. Now the lining num glyphs show up on the entire site via css. I did clear the cache many many times when troubleshooting. Just weird. Coincidence?

    Thanks for your help!
    Amy

    Hi @zenguided,

I understand that you would like to make certain paragraphs not have a bottom margin.

Having looked at your CSS code, it seems like you’re on the right track, but there may be a couple of things you can check:

    1. If you have a cache plugin installed, caching plugins can sometimes interfere with CSS changes, causing them not to appear on the live site even after you have modified the CSS code. You can try clearing the cache or deactivating the plugin for the moment to see if that helps

    2. Make sure that the CSS rule you added to the Additional CSS is being applied correctly. You can check this by using your browser’s developer tools to inspect the paragraph element and see if the “remove-bottom-space” class is being applied and if the margin-bottom property is set to 0.

Learn how to use Google Chrome Inspect Element Tool to examine HTML and CSS for a page: https://wpshout.com/quick-guides/examine-html-css-using-chrome-inspect-element-tool/

If you have confirmed that both of these things are correct and the bottom margin is still not being removed, there may be another CSS rule overriding the one you added. You can try adding the !important rule to your CSS declaration to give it a higher priority:

    .remove-bottom-space {
    margin-bottom: 0 !important;
    }

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Cheers,
    Eze
