    Hi Dominik,
    So you have created sidebars from Theme Options > Misc Settings, correct? Then added content from Appearance > Widgets? Have you tried clearing your cache? If that doesn’t work do you mind posting a link?

    Is w3 total cache a plugin?

    #70512

    You need to leverage caching and contact your host about increasing the max memory settings.

    Are you using w3 total cache. If not you should start there.

    Why are you saying you need to go back? You can fix your widgets and clear your cache.

    In your theme options > menu settings. Go to the “Mobile Menu Options” and the very first option under that is “Mobile Menu only show button” turn that off.

    I’m looking on a nokia lumia 520 and not seeing an issue of it not being scaled? Have you cleared the device cache?

    Hey,
    Whatever plguin your using for copyright protection try deactivating that. Looking at your site I’m seeing it’s causing some odd output.

    Also make sure you clear your super cache every time you update or make any changes. You have to go to settings > wp-super cache and delete the cache.

    Hey,
    Don’t need to change things in js or css. The files should be left as is. Plugins do the minifying.

    Also understand that Google Page speed is a tool, you want to be most concerned about your page load time not what score you get in page speed. For example fun amazon.com through page speed. They don’t give it a good score. This doesn’t mean the site is bad or doing something wrong you just need to understand what it’s saying and what are things that you can improve in your site.

    Based on this you can see when the user starts downloading content like images, js, css. Your at about 1.5 seconds before the server is responding with the information. Part of this is in your dns which is responding slowly and part is in your sites php which is responding slowly.

    Those things are more important to focus on first. The DNS you should really contact your host about to see what you can do.

    As for other things with response I mostly see this as a caching issue. do you have page cache enabled? How about database caching? You should also turn minify on with the auto setting.

    Take some time to test each setting, each server can be a little different and on some database caching doesn’t help on some it does.

    Your page size and requests are fine. You can see on the demo where we have more content and larger images it’s higher then yours but the key is the server response time: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/ciXE0x/http://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle-premium/

    Sorry about that, try using this css instead:

    .virtue_social_widget.clearfix {
        float: right;
    }

    The thumbnails in footer column 1 are displaying normal. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Hi Tang,
    From what I can tell all three languages are taking around the same time to load. You can test your page speed here- http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/
    Compressing images can make a huge difference in page speed. I would also suggest a caching site such as W3 Total Cache or WP Rocket.

    Hey,
    Just for clarity. The theme doesn’t edit or effect the wordpress restore tools in anyway. On a working site they would work just fine.

    Looking at the errors on your site they all seem to stem from bad settings in your minify of w3 total cache. For testing turn that off so you can see whats going on.

    Hi Danita,
    Sorry for the delay. Do you still have the free theme active? I haven’t heard of this happening from anyone else so it sounds like something within your site is conflicting. I would suggest deactivating your plugins to test and also clear your cache. Let me know if the products still do not show.

    Hi Kimberly,
    Do you mind posting a link to your site? Have you tried clearing your mobile cache?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your suggestion! I really appreciate it. I use WP Rocket cache and my site has been up and running for a few months now. Everything worked fine. This just started happening so i don’t think it has anything to do with WP Rocket cache settings. I didn’t change the settings.
    Hopefully they will be able to help.
