Yes, I have done that and then the problem happens again. Products do not show up in the categories. Just a white page. It is also happening with clients and they are not going to clear cache 🙁
Also, the woocommerce categories menu in the sidebar is not working in chrome but in IE and Firefox. Have had a few other problems too, but this one is the more urgent and need it resolved ASAP. I changed back to the Virtue free version for the time being and it is working fine except the sidemenu categories.

Concerning Ben’s solution I guess that the main advantage is that it works on every mobile whatever it is running with or without cache. Right ? I suppose also that the max-with specified in the css code works only for mobile ?

You have minify on in your caching settings. That has to be recreated when you make an update.. looking at your settings, you have version strings in all your css files? It seems that you don’t know exactly how to correctly set up minify. Why are you using the manual option and not the auto?

You have plugins that are working against each other.. since you have w3 total cache you don’t need:

Lazy Load
WP deferred javaScript

I updated your code and removed the shipping fields.

The issue is all your host. You are on an old version of php, your max memory setting is really low in your php and the servers response time is awful.

I really suggest contacting them to fix or moving hosts.

Hey Gerard,
Have you tried clearing your mobile cache? Also, note that this only effects mobile devices. It will not take effect when you simply adjust the screen size on a desktop.

1. It looks like you’re using the Blog template rather than the Blog Grid template. Ensure that you’ve chosen the correct template and saved and refreshed the page. Also, I’m seeing this error on your page: “Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FAILED” I would suggest contacting your host.

I would also recommend a caching plugin. WP Rocket and W3 Total Cache work well.

Hi ben,

after i tick off enable setting on w3 total cache and saved it. it comes this words:
The plugin is currently disabled. If an option is disabled it means that either your current installation is not compatible or software installation is required.
What does it mean? i tried to deactivate this plug in and back to homepage again and tried to back and forth pages, the parallax image is still not consistent scrolling the image moving and display only half of image. Have u tried to click my parallax image and seen it? thanks

I may very well have accidentally removed the css in the slider css box. Thanks for fixing. In addition to cleaning the tablet and turning off the cache for the front page, I tweaked the slides a little too and all seems to be working now. Thanks for that help too!

Odd that you have two SMTP plugins. You should only every use one.

Try turning off w3 total cache for a test.

Mmmm …. Its yes to all the questions …
My sub menu items collapse until opened is on.
Theme is updated.
And I’ve cleared the cache.
Yet, its showing the entire menu when clicked, on mobiles.
