    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I suggest you try and test the different settings on the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. The usual settings that cause this are JS minification and JS deferred loading.

    Try and reach out to the Developers of LiteSpeed Cache plugin as they might have a setting configuration handy in cases like this.

    Hello,

    I have a strange problem with the “Get Income” and LiteSpeed Cache.
    The mobile menu is un clickable in Safari on computer and iPhone.

    If i turn LiteSpeed Cache off it works fine.
    I’ve deactivated all other plugins and only used LiteSpeed Cache and still no mobile menu in Safari.

    The mobile menu works fine in all other browsers in macOS Catalina and Monterey.
    But no mobile menu on Safari, Duck duck go or Firefox on iOS.
    At first load on iPhone the menu can work, but as soon you’ve loaded another page the menu is dead.

    Attached image shows errors in Safari on Catalina desktop.

    Does anyone know anything about this?

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for sending the screenshot of the issue.

    I’ve tried to replicate the issue on my test site, but I’m unable to. Here, please check: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQul4RoW
    As you can see, I used the same value in the Testimonial Items, Columns and Column Gap but I didn’t experience any issue.

    Have you tried to clear the cache? Some issues on the site especially display issue can be solved by clearing the cache. Here’s a guide on how to do it: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/clearing-your-website-cache/

    If the issue still persists, can you please send the URL of the site that you’re working on by replying to this thread privately? You can tick the “Set as private reply” option before sending.

    I have also checked it on an actual mobile device and didn’t see any issue.

    Perhaps, you are experiencing a caching issue. Kindly purge anything that caches on the site as well as the browser cache.

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

    According to this support thread, you can try embedding it using Custom HTML. Another user also suggested allowing all cookies in the browser settings so the TikTok video will show.

    The cookies I am referring to regarding my response here is the one from your browser, not from your website’s GDPR popup. Apologies for the confusion!

    Please could you confirm what browser are you using for checking the page? I tried viewing your post using an iPhone 12 device and Safari browser. I can see and play the TikTok video but the height is small(I’ll attach a video in a private reply for your reference). Try to add a custom CSS code in Customizer > Additional CSS to adjust the height:

    .entry-content blockquote.tiktok-embed iframe {
        min-height: 800px!important;
    }

    I can see that you have Autoptimize caching so please make sure to purge cache after saving changes.

    Can you send a screen recording of how you are doing it so I can try it on my end?

    Also, in the meantime, try deactivating plugins except for the Kadence Blocks and Pro version and purge anything that caches on the site.

    And now, after some time, please try change brands. Try to change brand on Test product 3 to Brand 2. Will the numbers change in the widget?

    I had wrong numbers after changes. Then I deactivated all the plugins exept Wocommerce, Shopkit. Theme is my kadence child theme.

    After this I had to set new sidebar, because offcanavas is in Premium addon. And now the numbers are correct. But then i made change of brand on two product. The change does not afect the widget.

    Then i activate Twnty Twenty-One theme, add filter to sidebar 1 and numbers is still wrong.

    I try clear every cach that i know, erase transients in woocommerce, run crons. Without effect.

    I wanted to give up, but then I got idea. Look in to Query monitor.

    “_transient_wc_layered_nav_counts_product_brands”

    This is the problem. It is cached for one day.

    wp-content\plugins\kadence-woo-extras\lib\brands\class-kt-filter-by-brand-widget.php line: 454

    Erasing transient in woocommerce does not erase that.

    I also see filter woocommerce_layered_nav_count_maybe_cache. But i am OK with this cache. However should the “woocommerce erasing transient” earse also this? Shouldn’t it?

    You did a great research! Thank you very much. The screenshot recording is very useful! Teached me a lot.

    I wonder why a plugin changed the font. Not that I remember ordering so. Do you have any idea which plugin caused the problem?

    Anyhow, we are sure closer to solving the problem.

    Unfortunately, your CSS code snippet DOES NOT work. I added it and made sure to clear my cache, but the problem persist.

    I tried on other browsers as well. Not working.

    I don’t see any problem with the product versions on your site. Can you purge anything that caches on the site and server?

    I marked my reply as private. I’m not seeing the CSS in your custom CSS file, did you clear your cache after adding it?

    Also be sure to close the ending bracket in this piece of CSS:

    /* Meny divider */ 
    #main-header .menu-item:not(:last-child) a {
    border-right: 1px solid #CCC1B7;

    It should look like this instead, otherwise it will break your custom CSS output:

    Hi Azur,

    Thanks for confirming your having the same problem!

    I noticed you’ve got quite a few Kadence “how to” videos on your YouTube channel, so you’re not a newbie for sure.

    I’m thinking it might have to do with the jQuery and Ajax code being using to speed things up. Ajax/jQuery is very touchy if you’re on a slow connection or running any sort of cache plugin.

    Did you email support? Get any response as to an ETA a fix?

    Hi Kadence Aficionados!

    I have Shop Kit 2.0.2 on three WP sites, and one is a fresh install I setup yesterday for testing. I cannot get any of the galleries to show up. I also have problem with the pop out cart menu showing when clicking the Buy Now button. I’m thinking maybe they are related.

    Here’s a fresh WP install I made yesterday. It has no other plugins except Woo and the standard Woo recommended dependence plugins during install, plus Kadence. It has no cache plugin.

    I have used the Kadence Soap Starter Template including images from only the starter template to create the following example.

    I’ve created 3 variation and upload three images from the Kadence Soap Starter Template to each of those variations.

    I have toggle on Product Gallery in Shop Kit and tried each configuration of the gallery. Nothing works.

    Any advice will surely be appreciated.

    I did some troubleshooting and cache purging and it appears it helped.
    I deleted plugin Cache Enabler, I installed WP-Optimize and now I can have a sidebar in my blog post!

    Hey,
    Do you mean that you imported a starter template? The only way to revert from that is to use a plugin like WP Reset (though keep in mind that this will erase all your settings and give you a totally clean slate). Or else you can manually revert the settings. Kadence Blocks doesn’t control the starter templates. You should keep that plugin active.
    When making changes in the customizer they are not saving, is that what you’re saying? Is it only the sidebar setting, or others as well? Have you cleared your cache?
