    Hello Michael,

    Kindly do the following debugging steps:
    1. If you’re not using the latest versions of WordPress, plugins, and theme, kindly create a backup of your website first and update them all after. Make sure to purge your cache.
    2. If updates did not fix the issue, proceed on deactivating other plugins one by one and test saving the theme options after each deactivation. If the issue did not happen, then you have pointed out the plugin causing the issue.

    Hey,

    Analytics is throwing a “Mobile usability issue” error.

    Usually, that means your site is taking too long to load on mobile. When Google tries to load it and it takes longer then 5-10 seconds it will stop waiting for resources and just assess your site at that point. If the site it taking a while to load then it could be missing things like css and so the Mobile usability would show as an issue because the css that would style it for mobile is not loaded.

    It’s best to work on optimizing your site and also give google some time to rescan. Some times this can show once on one page and it’s just where the google bot hit something uncached and once it tries again it will show fixed.

    The theme (or any of our plugins) doesn’t load “InvisibleReCaptcha” so that must be something you’ve added through another plguin. I would check on that and make sure it’s configured correctly. The error seems to say it’s not configured correctly.

    Preloading icon fonts would be something a plugin of yours is doing, not something Theme or any of our plugins do. This again should be something you check through in the appropriate plugin settings. Right now it’s showing that your preload link includes two links so whatever is generating it is broken.

    Looks like you were calling the trigger event too early. 500ms into load and your page is not fully loaded so the trigger happened (freezing the scroll) but the modal wasn’t read to be revealed leaving you in a stuck place. By moving the time later it’s more likely to trigger correctly (or on reload where all your large images are saved in the browser cache) but this points to a serious issue with popup maker in that it’s not confirming the modal is ready before triggering a freeze scroll event.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re still having this issue.

    Upon checking, after clicking a category on the filter, some of the categories show products but some do not – https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jru4707x. Additionally, you have combined and minified CSS files from SG Optimizer. Just to confirm is minify and combine also enabled for JS files? Have you tried disabling these options and purged cache to see if the issue will be fixed?

If not, I would suggest creating a backup of your website first and update them all after to see if the issue will be fixed.

    Hi Team, I have 9 images in sliders on the home page http://www.mimiemmanuel.com at the bottom under ‘books’
    I added a new one and it won’t display even after clearing the browser cache.

    it is in the footer column 1 widget as site origin slider and pics are added as background picks. endless reloading and cannot see my new images. I have heaps to do why would that be? how can I fix this, please?

    Hi Hannah!

    No I don’t have any cache plugin and I build in a dev hosting that is especially designed for developing purposes. I add the cache after publishing. I haven’t been able to specify what is causing the problem. The hostings I use are very high level performance, the best in Finland (the promised land of the Internet, haha!).

    Usually the options in customizer appears after refreshing the page. It’s slightly annoying to refresh page to see the options but I can deal with it now that I know this happens every once in a while. Still, Kadence is the best theme so far! Thank you guys!

    To confirm, did you enable the Load Google Fonts Locally option in Customizer > General > Typography? If so, could you flush the local fonts cache and see if that will fix the issue – https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9u80pJK?

    Hi, Hannah and all….

    This is strangest issue. Never had this happen with Kadence.

    Using Ascend. Editing Home/Frontpage. Using SiteOrigin Pagebuilder. Loading content. Click update. Go got site’s homepage….it’s blank.

    I have checked plugin conflicts. Purged Cache…repeatedly. I have to idea.

    Your thoughts?
