December 30, 2020 at 12:45 pm #262180I was having this same issue I’ve been trying to resolve for the last 24 hours. I’m using the Kadence theme. To edit the logo, I went to Customize -> Header -> Transparent Header. Under the “Logo Max Width” section, I edited the values for both tablet and mobile to be 200px (may be different depending on your logo). I then Published the edits and purged my cache using the Breeze plugin. If you’re using the Transparent Header, make sure to remove any settings you may have under the Header -> Logo option.

December 24, 2020 at 2:16 pm #262054Hey Peter I can’t recreate this on your site, even in a fresh browser with cache cleared. Even if I throttle the page to make it load.
Have you seen this happen on your site recently? have you recently changed any settings?
Ben

December 24, 2020 at 2:12 pm #262053Hey Netzlichter,
I set the topbar to have a min height of 30 px. It was set to 0 before. Did that resolve things for you? I can’t recreate the issue after changing that and clearing the cache.Let me know.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Plugin Conflict
Actually I think this is an issue with HummingBird Pro cache settings in Asset Optimization, I am so sick of cache plugins, finally this one worked without conflicts after trying so many others, but now it seems that there is an issue again, before Smart Bundles all was fine, then I added Smart Bundles and lost all the Virtue Icons, BUT when I turn off Asset Optimization in Hummingbird (js compression, HTML, combine and minify) all the icons return to normal with Smart Bundles installed.

In forum: Kadence BlocksIn reply to: Table of Contents Skips H2 Heading
December 23, 2020 at 8:32 am #262004I cleared the cache and that didn’t help. Then I went back we edited every Heading, confirming its listing as H2, H3 etc. Once I did that everything seemed to work. I have no idea why the one heading was being skipped but it’s resolved. Thanks.

Hi Hannah,
Thanks for getting back to me. As I mentioned before, some of the key plugins (like LiteSpeed Cache) are only stated to be compatible to WordPress 5.5. I’d be risking breaking things if I upgrade to 5.6. Kadence Blocks requires WorkPress 5.2 or higher, so the version I am using (5.3.6) should work, unless the newest version (1.9.9) requires a higher WordPress version. Are you aware of any code in 1.9.9 that relies on something not in 5.2/5.3 WordPress? Have you heard of this problem I reported? Is there a way for me to downgrade Kadence Blocks to an earlier version?
I could try upgrade to WordPress 5.5, but since the automatic upgrade in WordPress admin only upgrades to 5.6, I’d need to do manual upgrade, which doesn’t look so simple.
Thank you.
KeithIn forum: Kadence ThemeHello Steve,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
The custom CSS code on this thread should work. Kindly add this CSS code in Customizer > Additional CSS:
.home .site-branding {display: none;}If you have any website/server cache enabled, kindly purge them after your updates to make sure you’re seeing the latest version of your pages.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.
Best Regards,

December 7, 2020 at 6:04 pm #261439Hi Hannah,
I went through the steps in that article and installed Autoptimize and the Health Check plugins. I believe that I ran them both and deleted my cache but the problem is still happening. Please help!
Thank you,

December 7, 2020 at 12:41 pm #261427Hannah – I disabled plugins, was able to get the conversion to work. Advanced reviews are now live. The next problem is that new reviews are not showing up after being approved. Do I need to convert again each time someone leaves a new review? I would assume new reviews are logging in the advanced format already? I’ve tried purging all cache etc, new comments are not showing up.

Hello Aline,
Thank you for getting back to us.
Please could you add this custom CSS:
@media only screen and (min-width : 768px) { .panel-grid-cell { word-break: break-word; } }After saving, kindly clear your browser cache to make sure you’re not viewing a cached version of the page.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

December 1, 2020 at 10:24 am #261157There is a cache involved with this. I’ll add a flush cache button for local fonts in the next version.
