    1) – I do not have a separate swipe-slider plugin. Maybe Elementor is injecting something here?
    2) – Makes perfect sense! Thanks.
    3) – Yes I have cleared my cache. No other review plugins. When I click the convert button, nothing seems to happen.

    Hi John,
    1. It seems like you are running a plugin that is adding a lightbox in addition to the woo lightbox. Are you using the Swipe Slider plugin? You can likely disable the lightbox from the slider settings.

    2. Your other products, from what I’m seeing, do not have more than four images so there is no need for arrows to scroll through. The Elderberry Gummies, however, have more than 4 images so the arrows are showing. I don’t necessarily recommend hiding these as people will not know there are more than what is shown. Though if you’d like you can do so with this css:

    .kt-slick-slider .kt_thumb_show_arrow .slick-next, .kt-slick-slider .kt_thumb_show_arrow .slick-prev {
        display: none !important;
    }

    3. Have you cleared your cache? Are you using any other review plugins that may be conflicting?

    I’ve just updated to the latest theme version and now the accordion block is displaying all information rather than hiding the text until click.

    Hi,

    I installed the Agency starter and changed the logo, but the starter logo is still showing up.
    I purge the site cache and my browser cache as well and no change.
    I checked in incognito mode with Firefox and Chrome and still the same problem.

    Hi,

    Clearing the browser cache didn’t work, so I thought the problem could be that my tablet has an 8″ screen and the outline doesn’t work in horizontal view.

    Hi there,

    I can’t figure out why the advanced gallery slider doesn’t render. It looks fine in the editor but not when published.

    Rather than as a slider, the images render stacked.

    What could cause this?

    It was working yesterday and for the last week.

    The only change I made was adding a broken link checker plugin, which I’ve now deleted, and cleared the cache etc.

    Hi, Yes I am having the same problems. I cleared my cache on the back and, varnish and everything and here is how it looks in a private browser. It is only my selected color on some posts but not others.

    Hello Razia,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Do you really intend to use different sliders for desktop and mobile views? If yes, you can follow the steps on this page. If you’ll use the same slider on the homepage for both views, you’ll just have to set it once on the Theme Options > Home Header, just like Step 3 on this page.

    After saving changes, please make sure you clear any website/server cache you have to make sure you’re viewing the latest version of your pages.

    1. Unfortunately videos with sound will not autoplay in most browsers. The browser will prevent it.

    2. I just tested this icon and had no issue. Have you cleared your cache?

    I want to really thank you for getting into this problem with me. It wasn’t a cache problem. In fact, I couldn’t figure out the problem. But here is how I solved it.

    In the database it’s a record in the options table called site_icon. The option value was zero. I just changed this to the image id that I wanted to be the siteicon and problem solved…without really solving the problem 🙂

    Hi,
    my website is in French and I’m using a child theme and even with Loco Translate installed, i can’t manage to translate “Search results for:” and “Read More”. I did translate those 2 strings in French but it’s still showing up in english (cache cleared).
    Has it something to do with the child theme text-dommain ? (see screenshot).
    If so what should i do exactly about that ?

    I think the body class for the page with ID 328 is wrong. Kindly replace your CSS for that to:

    body.postid-328 {
       background-image:url(https://freelanza.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Website-Background-Industrial.jpg);
       background-repeat:no-repeat;
       background-attachment:fixed;
       background-size: cover;
    }

    Clear your cache after saving to see if the change is applied properly.
