    I initially thought this might be an issue with the cache not being flushed on my iPhone (even after explicitly clearing it), so I grabbed someone else’s phone that had never visited this site (it’s brand new) and the results are the same.

    I’ve defined a custom logo for mobile and I’ve also enabled the mobile topbar with icon and widget area and even placed something in the widget area. None of this is showing up. I’ve set parameters for height and width for the mobile header, done everything I can think of. There are no plugins installed other than those that come with Ascend, and I’m running the latest version of everything.

    I’m baffled!

    Yes, you will see 20px of padding between rows because that’s what I’ve added. The problem isn’t in what the public sees, it’s in what the contributor sees. What they see in the editor does not match what appears on the site. In the editor (which obviously you can’t see) although 20px is added by me, the editor adds more padding (or perhaps a margin – I can’t tell).

    I’m using Chrome Version 88.0.4324.104 (Official Build) (64-bit) and have cleared my cache and checked it to confirm the problem still exists. FYI, I also checked this in Edge Version 88.0.705.56 (Official build) (64-bit) and the problem exists there too.

    Hi, I’m setting up a website for a client on Kadence PRO based on Saas template and I’m stuck in a weird situation. I wonder if someone else stumbled upon this.

    I uploaded and set up a custom H1 font in woff2 format via the add-on plugin. The font works perfectly fine when editing and displaying in chrome browser but it does not display on a physical mobile device (tested on iPhone and Android phone in three different browsers). The font is displayed in the header response, I’ve played with load display swap on/off within plugin, preloading from WP Rocket and Perfmatters plugin but without success. However, I always get a warning from Chrome console that says The resource was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate as value and it is preloaded intentionally. I get the same warning for Kadence header, body and footer CSS files.

    I don’t think this is a caching issue (I use Cloudflare also and always clear all possible caches, from server to browser) but has to do something with preloading order of the woff2 and CSS.

    Please see enclosed images. All suggestions on how to resolve this are appreciated. Thank you. Cheers

    Hi,
    Thanks for reaching out! I can see your posts showing actually. Have you cleared your cache? Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

    Thanks,
    Hannah

    I understand now. Thanks for clarifying! I’m actually seeing 20px of padding between your rows, not more. What browser are you using? Have you cleared your cache?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hello Arjan,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

    Upon checking your page, I can see two lightbox instances but I cannot see from where they’re coming from because of the caching and minified resources. Please could you try doing the step on this page and purge any cache to see if the issue will be fixed?

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Karla

    Thanks Hannah,

    I can no longer display the problem so I’m guessing it was something in the cache.
    I’ll mark as resolved.
    Kind regards,
    Phil.

    Hello Miwa,

    To confirm, did you paste the custom CSS code in Theme Options > Custom CSS? I do not see the CSS code being applied on your website. Please make sure to save your changes in the Theme Options and if you have any website/server cache, kindly purge them to make sure you’re seeing the latest version of your pages.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Karla

    Hey Budel,
    I’m seeing your hover menu color the same as your current menu color. Have you cleared your cache? Can you send a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

    Hi Camilla,
    After changing the body text in the editor have you cleared your cache? Are you running all updated versions of plugins/theme/wordpress?

    Best,
    Hannah

    Hey!

    Using set as private reply, can you send me temp access: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

    I need to be able to compare to understand better, it’s possible this could be related to caching if you have full page caching enabled because that won’t allow the block to query the user it will just send the cached version output so in your caching plugin settings you should have an option to prevent caching on this page since it’s a dynamic page that will need to query the user for each load.

    Hi Nadine,
    Thanks for reaching out! I just viewed from Chrome and am not experiencing this. Have you cleared your browser cache? Are you using any Chrome extensions?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hi Inga,
    Thanks for that!

    1. I’m not seeing the extra padding/margin. Can you send a screenshot?

    2. Have you cleared your cache after turning this setting off? Have you managed to remove all the p tags in your header?

    3. I’m not able to replicate this. What browser are you using?

    4. Try adding this to your custom css:

    @media (min-width: 768) {
    .popup-drawer .drawer-inner {
        max-width: 50%;
    }
    }

    Hope that helps!

    Best,
    Hannah

    Hi stars_on,
    Thanks for reaching out! I’m seeing two slides, neither are blank. Did you originally have two slides? Have you cleared your cache?
    In the future please start a new topic.

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Just one more info, apparently this issue is a browser error. I tried to open WP in Safari and there is no issue with this browser but with
    Google chrome the problem is not solved. I cleaned the browser cache”, “delete cookies” or “delete browser history” but no result.

    Hey Dave,
    Thanks for the login! I just tested this and had no issue adjusting the default padding for mobile. Is it that it’s not saving for you? Or that you’re unable to change the padding number at all? Have you cleared your cache?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hello Stine,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue.

    Based on the second screenshot, it is possible that you have a problem with a caching plugin not loading your resources properly. When I tried going to your website, I can see it just fine – https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uqOwle. Please purge any website/server cache that you may have and clear your browser cache to see if it’ll fix the issue.

    Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Karla
