1. I’m not able to duplicate this. What device are you viewing from? Have you cleared your cache?

2. I’m seeing it on mobile. Looks like in your screenshot you were using the simple mobile header, but now are not? The simple mobile header overrides your topbar and thus would hide the weglot widget.

Thx, unfortunately still remains. Is there somewhere in kadence woo template editing that i’m not finding to turn off? Or somewhere in the theme settings?
Lazy load not enabled at Jetpack, i checked w3totalcache, do have it at Smush so turned off all of it (no difference) so turned them back on. Is there somewhere else i can check to see if its enabled somewhere else?
The way the images layout it appears like a z-index thing but i don’t have anything in the z-index box.
Is there something else could be causing? Thx for your help.

Hi Ben and Hannah,

I have exactly done what you told me. The display errors doesn´t appear after I have turned off the java script related settings, cleared the caches and than turned on the settings again. Also I have turned off “activate caching for signed in user”.

Hi Timothy,
Are you clearing your cache after adding the css? Try pasting it at the top of your css, above everything already added. Does that make a difference?

I’m using Woocommerce and have Virtue Premium.
I want to make the shop page display in full width without any empty space on the sides.
I have sidebars disabled.
I tried setting page template to full width, but it doesn’t seem to change anything. (yes, I cleared cache, too)

When I resize my browser, page will adjust, and full the empty space on the sides, but I would like this to also happen when maximized

I cleared the cache and I am using Chrome. Sometimes you have to reload multiple times to geht the issue.

looks like there was some hidden caching going on, on our server.
Support said they have now turned off LSCache.. even though cpanel said it was deactivated all along.

Hello Hannah, all local caches are always cleared, the problem appears to be on the server, I’ve tried different isp’s and they don’t differ.
The cpanel account has had the lightspeed cache turned off from creation of the account and the plugin isn’t loaded on the site.
Still, it takes up to 24 hours for changes to show. I have never seen this persistence before.

The main problem now is Kadence slider pro and the mobile slider, it is showing a placeholder for the height set in the slider and in the mobile slider menu but it will not allow the images to fit the height, also the slider impinges on the mobile menu.

Almost there if you could please help (getting rid of simple slider fixed the featured slider problem on mobile)

Are you running a caching plugin? It could be a caching setting that was keeping the Kadence Slider from activating. Glad it’s working now! Be sure that you’re clearing your cache in the future.

because the majority on the page link above use the Stackable video plug in.

test the duplicate image top left, the Kadence video pop up is the second one down with the different play arrow.

just tried it on a private page in Chrome. not working in Safari either after emptying the Cache. fired up Vivaldi and it also refused to play.
