Hey Hannah,

I thought this was resolved (all the products and woo-commerce plugin removed) but now on google analytics report, I came upon the following:

No idea where that item is to remove it?

and also I have a destination page (url is sitename-destinations) but on the google analytics it shows blog (is that correct)?

Regarding clear caches – I’ve installed WP Rocket – am I right that it automatically delete caches? Or do i have to click on it when I hover over wp rocket in the Menu-bar (where I see it is mentioned)? There is also an option under All posts – I am bit confused where exactly I need to cache it.

I’m not seeing 2020 posts in any browser, that tells me you need to clear the server cache, Have you made sure to clear w3 total cache?

1. You can go into your trash and permanently delete those posts. Then clear your cache.

2. Do you still have WooCommerce installed and activated? Do you see the products in your product trash?

Hey,
Just because something is duplicated it doesn’t make it an error. You just need to understand why it’s duplicated. Every site has duplicated content.

Scanners like siteliner are not going to give you context for things, they can only output what a computer scanner gets, it’s up to you to interpret the results.

Your home page shows some blog posts, so does your blog page, that is what you want. It’s not an error because both pages have some of the same content.

This is a search for nothing, meaning someone searched without a search term. This isn’t something that will actually happen. This again is another scenario where you need to interpret the results.

Search results are not cached, because there are endless searches and no way to cache every one, instead when a search is started that runs a new query. That term is then cached for a short amount of time but in general, all searches will be uncached because of the nature of a search.

I hope I’m giving you some clarification. Nothing you posted tells me there are any errors or anything wrong your site.

Thank you both. I worked with Bluehost and they reset the .htaccess file permission. They said this will stop the automatic changes in the file. Also, they have cleared the server cache and killed all the process of refugeinrhythm.com. They explained that this controls the WP default code & PHP version on the site, as well as the redirection code, so here is hoping that all is good going forward. -Lorian

It looks like your uploading those two images at a ratio of 732 x 732px. Was there any change when you uploaded at a larger ratio? Did you clear your cache after trying that?

I have now switched off autoptimize and cleared its cache and can confirm you can see all the individual css and js files now.

Hi Hannah,

I’m running the latest version of Woocommerce and the problem was only showing on Featured Products carousel.

However after deleting my cache (via plugin) it seems to have fixed this problem. (Not sure why this didn’t happen automatically as I havent made changes to the site for several days. I think what happened is the timeout rule got deleted when the plugin was last updated).

Regardless, Its probably not an issue with the theme.

Sorry for the delay. Is the featured product carousel the only place this is happening? Have you cleared all your cache? What version of WooCommerce are you running?

Hannah, I just want to make sure of the following:

When I go into the post with Elementor I can see all the images. When I go in with visual editor I don’t see all the images. It looks like Elementor is overriding the other editor.

I assume it is then better to finish the post using Elementor.
It is not that I have two identical posts right?

I’ve cleared cache’s and went in using Chrome and checked with Safari too (using two seperate laptops).
