Are you not seeing updates still? Now that your cache on the server is cleared I see the site on desktop and mobile with updated images.

I’m seeing the infobox issue, but can’t really tell why it’s doing that. In your screenshots I see multiple cache options in your admin topbar. Are you running multiple caching plugins on your site? If so, you should choose one option and remove the others.
This could be breaking the CSS output of your site.

In forum: Virtue ThemeFebruary 28, 2019 at 11:04 am #218114Can you tell me what the user name is for the access you sent so I can login. I will take a look and see what I can figure out. I still don’t see any updated image, even on desktop which still makes me think the page is showing a cached version.

In forum: Virtue ThemeThanks for helping. Here’s the Screenshot of the mobile look:
The image which is missing was deleted by me for testing if it solves the problem. It was a super old one. The right one is in there now but not showing. The second image is wrong, there should be another one showing.
I always clear all caches and I tried if plug-ins are the issue. I guess it’s php because I updatet the version lately. I asked my hoster first but he wasn’t a big help. Try it again. Would be amazing if you guys could help though.
On the desktop version there is no image missing! If you mean third row square pics. I didn’t do the third post yet.
In forum: Virtue ThemeFebruary 26, 2019 at 10:38 pm #217912Hey,
Just want to add I see that your home page is missing an image on both desktop and mobile for me. Which tells me that something isn’t updating either with the site cache or the database.
It looks like you have a caching plugin, are you making sure to clear that? Can you send a login so I can see the settings. The white screen while you are trying to edit a post is likely because of your server running out of resources. I suggest contacting your host and having them update your php max memory and then check your php error logs.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: How to change Primary Menu “Sub Item” Font
In forum: Virtue Themehttp://www.coconut-couture.com
I edited the image menu some days ago. You can see it with the computer. On the mobile version it shows old pics, one of them is not even uploaded anymore. I deleted it for test. I also cleaned all caches, updatet PHP Version (would have done this anyway). Maybe since the last theme update I made a week ago?!
How can I solve this problem without losing any data? Thank you!
Second bug: Sometimes when I want to edit things using my wp dashboard, I dont reach the edition-pages. Like right now I wanted to edit a portfolio page. There only shows a white screen. Same thing yesterday.
