I have cleared the cache of both, the site and the browser… but it doesn,t fix it.
Strange that on your system, it’s aligned. What browser are you using ?

My site appears to be having a problem showing the product image on my product pages.

Where the image should display, there is nothing. Although if I click the blank space, the full size image will open. I’ve never had this issue before. I cleared cache and didn’t fix. Is there any idea as to what is causing this? Thank you.

It’s possible that is was a caching issue. Make sure you are clearing your cache after you make changes.

I’m not really sure about the transitions. I’ve tried some CSS changes, but I think this may be more involved. I’ll mark this for a developer followup so Ben can let us know if it’s possible.
As for the slides being off, try clearing your site cache. Does that make a difference?

In forum: Virtue ThemeI suggest testing your active plugins for a conflict by deactivating one by one to see if the problem goes away when a certain plugin is OFF.
Be sure to clear your cache if applicable each time.
let me know if there is any change when a certain plugin is OFF.

I’m seeing the “Bag” text show next to the cart instead. Did you clear your cache after making the change?
And I’m not sure what you’re after regarding the icon. Do you want to hide it or replace it? It appears to be showing as a basket already.

I’ve cleared caches, logged out & tried, logged in & tried, sorry, it still scrolls to the page bottom.

HTTP ERROR 500white screen, can’t go back or log back in.

What version of the theme are you currently using? Have you cleared your cache since updating?

As a test, try to disable your cache entirely. Does the slider show correctly when there is no cache running on your site?

Hello, I recently find that the mobile slider doesn’t work some times. I have already activated the mobile slider in theme option(see picture), but if I open the website on a mobile devices, the slider is the desktop version. But if I open it in chrome of pc with console mode set to mobile emulator(set to iphone devices), the mobile slider works.
So on the devices, I did 2 kinds of test.
1: I open the website directly with the browser, it shows the desktop slider. (Samsung galaxy s8 and Xiaomi 6)
2. Clear the cache, open the website with the browser(on Samsung galaxy s8 and Xiaomi 6) which is set to iphone version in the browser option, it still shows the desktop slider.
The slider I’m using is revolution slider.
