January 4, 2019 at 3:16 pm #212206If you reload the page. Flush the cache does it show up?
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeThank you so much Kevin for taking the time to respond to my cry for help.
I used the
#kad-banner {
border-bottom: none;
}as you suggested. It eliminated the border line on my desktop.
When I looked at the site on my mobile, the line still appears when I use Google Chrome, but it does not appear when I use Firefox. When I was using Google Chrome, I hit the three buttons in the upper right hand corner and selected setting–> privacy –> clear browsing data and selected the following: Cached images and files, and Cookies and site data. I did that several times. The border line still appears in Google Chrome.
I did try adjusting the background sizing of the image in Theme Options> Home Slider. It did not work.
I copied the source code from my page and located the following for the page header
<div id=”pageheader” class=”titleclass home-title-class ” style=”background: url
(http://mystudentlink.net/practicewebsite/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/homepage-background-800
-width-2.png); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; background-position:
center top; background-attachment: ;”>
I tried using the following CSS media query code to cause the background to fully resize for a mobile device:
@media only screen and (max-width: 400px){
#pageheader .titleclass .home-title-class{
background-size: auto 100%;
}
}It did not work.
Am I missing something in the code?
Please let me know.
I again sincerely thank you for responding to my inquiry.
Thank you Kevin.
Sincerely,
Joshua Davis

Hey,
1. Try adding this to your custom css:
.slick-track { width: auto !important; }2. I’m also using Chrome and am having no issues clicking the add to cart button. Tried in Safari too and had no problem. Have you cleared your cache?
3,4,5. I’m not seeing any of the css in your code. Where are you adding it?
6. Did you clear your cache after changing this in your theme options? Sorry, which icon are you wanting to change it to?

In forum: Ascend ThemeUsing Ascend and creating individual Woo templates for each category archive.
Got an issue when scrolling down these pages on initial load – the first 8 to 12 product loops load fine but any listings below that overlap until I refresh the page.
Example category *Login to see link
Any larger product count categories across the website have the same issue.
I’ve got WP Fastest Cache running, but flushing that doesn’t seem to have any effect.
Am I maybe missing something when using Elementor to create the archive templates?
Help welcome, great theme, cheers!

Hi
I simply updated Ascend via wordpress updates as I always did.However, I’m not sure how and when but seems like everything fixed. The broken version started working correctly. I have disabled Powered Cache for other reasons and it might fixed that too somehow.
Thank youIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: logo not showing on testimonial slider
Hello,
I’m not seeing anything obvious keeping the images from showing. I would test your site for a plugin conflict by deactivating your plugins one by one to see if the images show when a certain plugin is OFF.
Be sure to clear your cache after each trial. Let me know if you find a conflict.

Were you able to delete the testimonials and staff that got added when you tried to run the importer? They should be accessible in your admin sidebar.
If you’ve deleted them and they are showing 404 errors, then you need to make sure that they aren’t being linked to after being deleted.
Did you clear your cache after deleting them?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: blurred thumbnails viewing in gallery
December 28, 2018 at 4:24 pm #211725Image sizes are 1500px by 1000px. Even if i change to 1600 x 800 still the same problem.
They are all a decent size. I should be finished this site by now but cannot continue until I know that thumbnails will appear correctly.
I am so very frustrated with this. Kind of ridiculous really.
If i am setting the gallery at 4 columns and the thumbnails in settings are 300px x 300px should that not be correct.
Why on earth do I have to spend the whole day downloading and installing plugins like Force regenerate thumbnails which sill does not work.
Cleared cache etc.
Driving me crazy here.
I should be able to add a gallery however many columns and it should correct – final image sizes once clicked on thumbnail is moe than high enough res and correct ratio.
Please please help. I need to fix this.
I have paid for Kadence themes. For Virtue, Pinnacle and Ascend. All have the exact same issue of I switch between themes.
What is up here???In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Topbar Widget Causing Navigation Menu to go Haywire
Hi Hannah,
Thanks for helping me with this.
1. I’m using the chrome browser, but with that CSS, both liners still do not appear to align on my side though.
2. Yes, I’ve cleared my cache several times, but both sliders still do not load the text for some odd reason. I’m not too sure if something else is overriding it’s CSS. Can’t seem to find out where.
3. I’ve tried the Use Any Font plugin and it works! Thank you for that (:

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Topbar Widget Causing Navigation Menu to go Haywire
Hi Phoebe,
1. I’m seeing your first checkbox aligned. What browser are you using? This css should align the terms checkbox:.woocommerce form .form-row .input-checkbox, .woocommerce-page form .form-row .input-checkbox { margin-top: 4px; }2. Have you cleared your cache?
3. Most of the google fonts are included in the theme (over 600), however, there is a limit just in resources. Google fonts keep growing and you don’t want to have to load all of them in your admin. If there are fonts you want to use that are not included I would recommend using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/use-any-font/
Hope that’s helpful!
