May 21, 2024 at 1:14 pm #288794Same issue – works fine on the front end – same error as mentioned before on backend gong to edit the page – “Your site doesn’t include support for the “kadence/rowlayout” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.”
Deactivate Kadence Block Plug In and the content of the page is accessible with error – I reactivate the block plug in and the page doesn’t want to load – then I stop the page from loading and I can see the content with the errors.
Actual Plugin is Version 3.2.34.
deactivated ALL plugins – still wouldn’t work. Only activated the Kadence Block plug in using the Kadence theme and still had errors.
Tried Chrome and Firefox – same issue
CLeared browser cacheworked fine 2 days ago –
Where can I get a previous version please?

In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Seeking Advice on Caching Plugin for Kadence Theme
May 13, 2024 at 12:48 pm #288687Hi Tabinda, Victor,
Most of my sites I use Cache-enabler. It does just the caching so you need something like Autoptimize to minify css and js and compres your html. Cache-enabler saves the html on first call, every next visitor gets the pre rendered html. It adds a drop-in file in wp-content to detect as early as possible which page is requested and to check if cached files are available. Both plugins are free and work great together. If you host on Siteground, use their plugin Speed Optimizer. Very pleased with Sitegrounds speed (WordPress frontend and backend) but also with their user friendly design of their hosting account.
Now my cache-question: I’m building a webshop using Kadence Pro Theme and blocks and Woocommerce. Is it possible to cache a Kadence based webshop? I switched on the Kadence ‘popup cart’. Does this work on ajax (to bypass cache) or will it be server side rendered html so it wil be inside the cashed html?
Thanks Martin
In forum: Kadence ThemeHi there,
I’ve encountered an issue with the WordPress list block in the Kadence theme footer. I’ve added a list with links to different pages, but I’m struggling to remove the bullet points. Despite attempting various CSS solutions, including those below (I also added the Custom Class ‘Bulletlist’ to the block):
.footer-widget-area .has-theme-palette-9-color {
list-style-type: none;
}.footer-widget-area .has-theme-palette-9-color {
list-style-type: none !important;
}.bulletlist {
list-style-type: none;
}.footer-widget-area .bulletlist {
list-style-type: none;
}.wp-block-core-list.bulletlist {
list-style-type: none;
}None of them seem to work. I’ve also disabled all plugins and cleared the cache multiple times to no avail.
Could it be that there’s a conflict with the theme or that I’m using the incorrect selector? Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help!
In forum: Kadence BlocksMay 9, 2024 at 2:06 pm #288658Hey Corey,
The Query Loop (Adv) Block uses Custom Post Types to display both the Query and the Query Card. We usually recommend giving the editor enough time to load in everything, as it may take a minute or two to fully generate all of your Query Loop (Adv) content.
When loading more than one Query Loop (Adv) Block on a page, it could cause a slight spike in this. Does this issue continue after a minute or two after everything successfully loads?
Can you try fully clearing your Website and Browser Caches and see if the issue continues?
If the issue occurs the entire time, you should check for Console Logged Errors in your Editor. Please send us any error(s) you may receive.
Additionally, You should check for a Plugin Conflict. You can do so by following these steps:
* Try deactivating all non-Kadence products.
* See if the issue occurs. If it does, reactivate all plugins one by one.
* Each time you activate a plugin, check to see if the issue occurs
* Once the issue occurs after activating a specific plugin, then that plugin is causing a conflict.Please let us know if any of these things help indicate an issue.
Best regards,
VictorIn forum: Kadence BlocksIn reply to: Kadence Gutenberg update breaks containers…?
In forum: Kadence BlocksI noticed today on my website that containers on pages are not displaying properly. They are indenting to the right on the page, rather than being centered as normal. This has only occured in the last few days, so I assume it happened after the recently update to Guternberg blocks that updated on the site this week:
*Login to see linkPreviously I had absolutely no issues with containers or any other blocks, everyting was working fine. Nothing has been changed to my theme settings or the block settings used. I’ve cleared the cache.
Here’s a screen shot of a new test page I created with new containers:
*Login to see link
The screenshot is taken of the full screen width.This is just a container with a background image, followed by a spacer (outside the container), then another container with containting a row with an image and heading. These should be centered on the page using the default settings, but you can see they shift to the right.
I have containers which are using the Kadence post grid, and other features like accordian. In each case where a container holds blocks, the whole content appears shifted to the right as above.
Are there any fixes for this?
In forum: Kadence ThemeApril 26, 2024 at 8:18 am #288507All,
Thank you for your help with this matter. In the first video, I removed everything from the page “Blog”. I then added a different picture and the latest post block.
https://share.zight.com/P8urjeDRIn the second video, I went into firefox and loaded peglegtalks.com and went to the “Blog” page. When the image didn’t show, I cleared the browser cache and tried again, still no image.
https://share.zight.com/E0uednWdThank you for your help in advance!
In forum: Kadence ThemeApril 25, 2024 at 8:39 pm #288491Eze,
I’ve uploaded a second picture to the backend of the “Blog” page. The backend of the “Blog” page looks like the attached with images
protect-1.jpg & from-above-of-chaotic-pile-of-dollar-banknotes-and-euro-cash-4386158-683×1024.jpg. The front end of the page is still dead to any images and apparently text. I put new text in image 03. I cleared the cache from the website and server for peglegtalks.com and my browser. As far as the troubleshooting guide, both Bluehost and WXP say that my theme doesn’t support media with text.I followed the troubleshooting to no avail either.
In forum: Kadence ThemeApril 25, 2024 at 10:50 am #288484The archive layout feature was toggled on and I cleared the website cache still to no avail. I’m using columns for the blocks. Do you suggest a different design layout?
In forum: Kadence ThemeApril 25, 2024 at 8:07 am #288481Hi Nathan,
Thanks for the screenshots and link to your website.
I looked for https://peglegtalks.com/wp-content/protect.jpg, but you’ve uploaded it as the og:image.
The page you referenced is a blog archive page, and the image you’re referring to in your screenshots is a post featured image.
Can you please check in Customizer > Posts/Pages > Archive Layout if “Feature” is toggled on? Here’s a video for reference: https://share.zight.com/8LuN4K85
That option will display the posts’ featured images in the blog archive pages.
If the image still does not show up, can you please clear the website cache?
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
ChitoIn forum: Virtue ThemeApril 23, 2024 at 3:21 pm #288461Hi @debbie_emmitt,
I’ve reviewed your website on my end, and the mobile logo appears to be displaying correctly for me. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

I’ve noticed that you’re using a cache plugin on your website. To troubleshoot further, please try the following steps:
-
Clear the website cache and browser cache from your end.
- Check the article to clear the cache: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/clearing-your-website-cache/
- Check the article to clear the browser cache and cookies: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
After clearing the cache, please check again, preferably in an incognito window.
Let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you need further assistance.
Best Regards,

Hi Chito,
Thank you again for the reply and help. Yes, I understand it works for the https://wellspringpackaging.com/ventilated-stretch-wrap-3/ but the white space still appears for the other pages like https://wellspringpackaging.com/knitted-tubular-netting/ even when I put https://wellspringpackaging.com/knitted-tubular-netting/?nocache=1 as you described. Perhaps it’s a different problem since the first like is a product page and the others are just normal pages?
Please see the photos as examples.

April 21, 2024 at 11:14 pm #288421Hi there,
Thanks for the screenshots and links.
Apologies for the confusion. You don’t need custom CSS for this. The video I’ve sent is to show how it should look after changing the value of Content Top and Bottom Spacing to 0.
Kindly remove the custom CSS you’ve added.
Changing the Content Top and Bottom Spacing to 0 does not reflect because of the cache on your website. Accessing the first link you’ve referenced without cache resolves it: https://wellspringpackaging.com/ventilated-stretch-wrap-3/?nocache=1
Here’s a video for reference: https://share.zight.com/jkupr7ry
Please clear the website cache on your optimization plugin settings.

The other links are normal pages. They have 2rem padding around the content area because of the Boxed Content Style.
You can change it to Unboxed in Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Page Layout / Single Post Layout / Archive Layout.
Kindly note that individual pages and posts have settings in the editor that can override global settings in the customizer.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Later, I will reload the local program and clear the cache, maybe it will work. I just wonder who came up with the idea of capitalizing those letters in the design. It’s important in a different way, even devilishly 🙂 Apparently hundreds of people are spitting. :(. An even wiser solution is to make the settings where no one can be found and with the needle needle icons. 🙂

as of December 22, 2021, probably still looking for that setting, because he didn’t find the answer in the forum:

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
You can change this within the settings. Go to Customizer > Page Layout > Design tab. Then, click on any of the settings for the Page Title Font option. Under the SIZE tab, you should see the Transform option. Finally, select the text transform option you prefer – https://share.getcloudapp.com/geudl0OZ.
For blog posts, go to Customizer > Blog Posts > Single Post Layout > Design tab. A similar option will be available, which is the Post Title Font.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

EzeIn forum: Kadence BlocksHello,
I spent a great deal of time designing a page yesterday. Today when I came back to it, all the Kadence plugins says “Not supported” in the list view. On the page, where all the blocks visible, each of them says:
“Your site does not include support for the “cadence/rowlayout” block. You can leave this block as is, convert its content to a block with custom HTML, or remove it entirely.”When I try to add new Kadence blocks, they are not shown at all. As if Kadence blocks isn’t even installed.
I created a new page – and there Kadence blocks works. It’s just on this page.
– No update has been performed since yesterday.
– Kadence blocks and theme is licensed.
– All themes and plugins are up-to-date. (Kadence Blocks is running version 3.2.33, even though the latest one seem to be 3.2.32 on the website)
– Everything worked fine yesterday. I saved the work, and today no blocks are working on this specific page. When I press “Preview in new tab”, all blocks I created are visible. So on the frontend it works, but in the backend I get these errors. I.e my work gets loaded in preview, but in Gutenberg they are showing error.
– I’ve tried deactivating and activating Kadence blocks/pro.
– I’ve cleared cache.Anyone know what’s going on?
Thank in advance.
In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Underline links in headings?
April 4, 2024 at 9:49 am #288234Thanks for this but it isn’t working for me. I installed the Code Snippets plugin, added the code, saved, reloaded the page and nothing changed – my heading links are still not underlined or a different colour. I also cleared the cache to see if that helped but no change.
In forum: Kadence BlocksApril 2, 2024 at 8:28 pm #288096I’m attempting to activate Kadence (plus Block & Blocks Pro) on a subdirectory network site. I’m unable to even access the Kadence Blocks page (admin.php?page=kadence-blocks-home) as this is the console error every time. I’ve deactivated the cache, deactivated the Pro plugin, cleared my browser cache, etc.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?
