In reply to: Page frozen on Lightbox image expansions
Hi Matthew,
Thank you for reaching out.
I can confirm this issue on your website, but when I temporarily excluded WP Rocket Plugin from your website, the lightbox worked as expected.
Here is a screencast for your reference:
https://share.zight.com/geuBeKm2To troubleshoot this, please clear WP Rocket Cache. See how:
https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/53-clear-wp-rocket-cacheIf the issue persists, adjust your WP Rocket Optimization settings or temporarily disable the plugin.
I hope this helps. Please let us know how we can help further.

EzeIn forum: Kadence BlocksIn reply to: Modal Block is taking a while to load
Hi there!
The issue that I saw in your screen recording and post is that the Modal block’s styles have some delay. Is this correct?
This behavior is usually caused by optimizations. I can see that you have Perfmatters, could you try tweaking the options related to CSS files?
On the other hand, try doing these too:
1. Edit the element where the modal was added.
2. Enable the “Load Content After Footer” option in the block settings – https://share.zight.com/jku8knWG.
3. After updating the element, clear your website cache.I hope this helps, and let us know if we can assist you further.

EzeIn forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Seeking Advice on Caching Plugin for Kadence Theme
March 9, 2024 at 2:30 pm #287776Hey there,
Welcome to Kadence Support. There are many different Caching Plugins designed to be user-friendly. We often recommend using something like WP Rocket. However, this is a 3rd party premium plugin. One free option is LiteSpeed Cache. Litespeed Cache has a preset option that can help simplify optimizing your website.
You can consider checking out This Article that goes over popular Optimization Plugins and their features.
Each optimization plugin slightly differs and so does each website. So when it comes to optimization, the best solution differs on a case-to-case basis. However, I believe these resources can help you get started with making your final decision.
I hope this information was helpful to you. Please let us know how we can further help.

March 8, 2024 at 6:20 am #287769Hi Michael,
many thanks for the answer. In addition to the Kadence theme and plug-in in this test site, I only use WP Super Cache and Real Cookie Banner. If I turn off the cookie banner, the design library is very unstable, at least there are loading difficulties until the error mentioned.
I’ll have our server checked again to see if there’s anything wrong.Kind Regards,

I am unable to replicate this issue on my website. Here is a screencast for your reference:
https://share.zight.com/WnuXp6pdOn viewing your website, the Product Tabs font-transform is set to “None”. Here is a screencast for your reference:

However, the font-weight is set to “Bold”. Can you confirm if the font-weight is still set to “Normal” in the editor? If it is, to troubleshoot this, please clear WooCommerce Template Cache. See how:

Thanks for the link and screenshot.
I tried this on my test site with the latest version of WooCommerce plugin, but was unable to reproduce the issue. Here’s a video: https://share.zight.com/6quXw72q
Can you please try to clear the site cache and disable all the plugins except for WooCommerce?

ChitoIn forum: Kadence BlocksFebruary 27, 2024 at 11:29 am #287646Hi! I have a small WP site (Kadence Pro Blocks and Theme) and am using the Info Box Blocks on one page. I just noticed that they’ve stopped using the selected Title Color (Text Color is fine) and nothing I do will update it. I’ve updated plugins, purged ones the site no longer needs, emptied the cache a billion times, etc. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Images:
– The white text for “Home Base”, “Call Us” etc. appears as #fff. It should be the same color as “Start the Conversation”.
– I even updated the hover color just in case (it doesn’t matter, it’s not linked) and still can’t get it to be grey again. Thanks!

EzeIn forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Site Title Tag not showing
Hi there!
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
When I inspect your page, the
<title>tag is there but it shows the website URL – https://share.zight.com/qGuBRzXBThis should use the Site Title and/or Site Tagline value from Customize > Site Identity. Watch how this works on my website – https://share.zight.com/GGud40QZ
Could you double-check the Customize settings and ensure that you’re not using the website URL as the site title? If you have any website cache, clear it.
Additional troubleshooting steps are listed here:

Please do these if you haven’t yet.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Import Kadence AI Starter Template failed
February 13, 2024 at 1:36 pm #287490Hi Linda,
We apologize for not getting back to you sooner.
Can you confirm if you have chosen the WooCommerce plugin for installation? Also, which AI starter template are you trying to import? When in your Dashboard -> Kadence -> Starter Templates, can you click on the Refresh Icon on the top right of the page to resync the cloud and see if this resolves the issue? Check the screenshot:https://share.zight.com/RBukLmL1
Can you check for Console Logged Errors whenever the Import either Fails? Please send us any error(s) you may receive.
Can you try clearing your Website and Browser Cache? You can Learn More Here. Can you also review all of the steps in this Troubleshooting article?
This could happen if your server needs more resources to achieve the goal. Below are the recommended values:
- The PHP memory limit set to 512MB
- the max post size bigger or equal to 50MB
- the WP memory limit 128/256 MB
- the max upload size 50 MB
- the max input vars 2500
- and ideally, the max execution time should be around 300.
You can contact your host and ask them to increase your server limitations or make sure they are using at least these values.
I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.
Best Regards,
ArchitaIn forum: Kadence ThemeFebruary 3, 2024 at 4:58 am #287400Hi,
I have an odd issue, which appears to only impact Android devices.
A site is live, the fonts load correctly on desktop and iphones. However, the wrong fonts are appearing on android.
They are all google fonts, and not custom, and it’s not cache related.
Any suggestions?

January 29, 2024 at 12:15 pm #287296Hi,
I’ve done multiple updates to my website and they are simply not showing.
I’ve used a cache clear plugin even used Chrome Dev Tools to hard clear the cache. Cleared the browser cache.
It’s like the updates are not saving. I know it’s a caching issue as I tested an elements section and it updates in the backend just not on the front end.

Hello dear forum members, since 1-2 days I have a “503 Service Unavailable” error message when I activate the Kadence Blocks – PRO Extension Plugin and try to edit pages or posts. When I deactivate the plugin, I can edit the pages and posts normally. Does anyone have the same problem and may be able to help with a solution. Thanks for all answers and efforts in advance.
EDIT: So far I have restarted all server services and cleared cache etc. I had also deactivated all plugins and gradually reactivated them. This has led me to identify Kadence Blocks – PRO Extension Plugin as the source of the problem.
Cheers
FrankIn forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Blue Boxes in Header
January 24, 2024 at 10:54 pm #287249Hi Jim,
I can see the blue box you are referring to.
You mentioned that you have LiteSpeed Cache and Autoptimize installed. You have removed Autoptimize and added it back. Did the issue start after adding Autoptimize back?
It is most likely being caused by a specific optimization feature on your website.
I am also seeing that the mobile header navigation is not working on your website.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuJ8rdw
I am not able to view your website without the LiteSpeed optimization by going into this link https://deerdonkey.com/?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm it redirects to the page without the parameters.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGudk9Zn
Aside from clearing the cache, kindly also try the other troubleshooting steps listed in this article: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize
You can try including these JS files in JS Deferred Excludes:
navigation.min.js
navigation-lite.min.jsPlease let us know how it goes, we’ll be more than happy to help.
Best regards,
Teejay. -
