I’m seeing that you have a plugin overriding version control for the css files. Because of that, your cache was likely loading an older css file. You just need to clear your cache then try. If that doesn’t work can you send me a login so I can turn on select boxes and see?

Hey Lino,
Try going into the settings for that row, and open up the “Layout” tab. Find “Collapse Behaviour.” and set that to “No Collapse.”
Let me know if that works for you. Be sure to clear your cache after making the changes to so that the changes are immediately reflected.

Hi again Hannah!
1) It seems solved, cleared cache and it seems working.
2) It works but not with the products of the shop. I put the Post Excerpt Length in 20 words and if you search “animal” for example, you’ll see that not are applying the 20 words, only is ok with pages the products some are ok some not. Any idea?

2. In Theme Options > Blog Options you can set the Post Excerpt Length.

Yes. 2000px has been working well for almost a year.
Browsers: Chrome (latest) and IE11. No, we hadn’t cleared the caches, however the sites showed fine on both browsers the day before. We just noticed the ~400px this morning and despite a few refreshes, it seemed stuck. Then about 15 mins after I posted on the forum, we did additional refreshes on all browsers and the site was back at displaying 2000px.

Thanks for the amazingly fast reply.
The slider was incorrectly displaying at a width of about 400px on a few browsers here at work and at home. However after I posted on this forum, I did a few refreshes and it went back to the correct 2000px width again.
Sorry to bother you. Since it’s intermittent, I don’t know what to make of it. In the meantime I’ve disabled a caching plugin I’ve been using for a few weeks, just to see what happens – “W3 Total Cache.”

Pardon my ignorance, but when installing the previous version it says: Installation failed. Destination folder already exists. Is there a workaround without having to access the site via FTP?
Mari-Lyn, sorry to hear, good luck! My page however contains about 36 posts with hundreds of photo captions and would take me at least a day or two to rebuild…

Yes my home page, I used page builder, even after I deleted the cache the page was blank. I am in the process of re-doing it.

You need to have content even if it’s empty text widgets in the first three footer areas for the fourth item to appear at the fourth spot.Also, it sounds like your using caching. You need to clear the cache so that you can see updates.

It was the WP Rocket plugin. I just activated the last version of the plugin, and now it seems to be running fine again 🙂
I deleted the Facebook Pixel too and cleared the cache. So maybe a combination – but not the theme.Thank you 🙂

You have a facebook plugin that is causing errors.
plus you need to reload/clear your rocket minify cache.
