In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Home icon menu not always working
Thank you for the very prompt replies!
I’m using Pinnacle Premium 1.9.8.
When I refresh the site, it returns to normal. But it happens occasionally on multiple devices, iPhones and iPads.Sorry, I’m a real novice, I don’t know how to clear site’s cache… I’m using W3 Total Cache (non-premium). Should I do something with this plug-in?

Hello Rie,
What version of the theme are you currently running on that site?
Have you tried testing your plugins? You can do this by going through your active plugins and deactivating one by one, seeing if the issue persists when a certain plugin is OFF.
Also be sure that you’re clearing your site’s cache immediately following any changes that you make to your site.

June 12, 2017 at 8:46 am #148618Can you post a link?
Just sounds like your not updating the cache so your browser is loading the older version of the file.Ben

Yes, I’ve tried cleaning the cache several times. I had also problems with search widget – it disappeared either. That’s the link: http://uwaznezycie.pl/

June 9, 2017 at 4:33 am #1483624. No the post header is set to none (as this is how it is set in Virtue Premium) and there are no 1600×1600 photos anywhere on the site- no photos are that big.)
When I change it to image- the image and logo display correctly. However, I can’t really change that setting unless I go through every post and remove the first image in the post- as it is usually the same as the one that is appearing in the head image i.e. you get the same picture twice in a row.
Regarding numbers 2 & 3. The custom CSS did not remove the date and editor- I still see it everywhere (and yes I cleared caches etc.)
And I cannot get the virtue shortcode [blog_posts items=”4″ orderby=”date”] to appear on the home page at all. When I edit the static home page what is in the page editor does not appear on the page. Neither the heading2 or the shortcode- but if I turn off the blog posts in the them settings they do disappear.
In VIRTUE PREMIUM there is no content on my home page that is not controlled by the theme settings. But when I return to the VIRTUE PREMIUM theme the blog posts also do not appear.
I do notice an error at the bottom of the themes page-
Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name Description
virtue Stylesheet is missing. DeleteNot sure how to fix that error or what exactly is missing and if that might have anything to do with the issues but thought I would mention it.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Unsupported change
Hi,
I do not know why, but the changes I make since the theme options are not always taken into account. Today I try to modify the typography of the body of text but it does not work.
Even when emptying the cache ….
I also tried on a title, and even changing with the css directly, nothing is taken into account …
Help me please !

Hannah – have just cleared the Firefox cache – no difference. Last night I tried our live site, with recaptcha installed on the right hand Acordion, the recaptcha did not show in Edge, but showed in Chrome. I have removed recaptcha from the form on the live site.
The live site is http://www.senpak.nz
Very happy to experiment on the http://www.haacko.co.nz if you have any suggestions.
Tony
