    Hey there,

    Thanks for the website link.

    I used Browser Stack, which utilizes a real mobile device, to view your website. While doing so, I noticed that the Off Canvas feature on your website appears briefly before it closes abruptly. I have also attached a video as a reference: https://share.zight.com/P8uDD7rG

    I noticed that you are using a Caching Plugin on your website, which may have an optimization feature that is causing this issue. You can try disabling different JavaScript-related features such as Delaying Javascript and Deferring Javascript. After disabling one setting, you should clear the cache on both your website and mobile device to see if the issue has been resolved. Once you identify the specific optimization setting causing this issue, you can exclude specific files from that form of Caching.

    You can exclude the following file: wp-content/themes/kadence/assets/js/navigation.min.js

    If the issue continues, can you go over all of the steps in this Troubleshooting Article, such as checking for a Plugin Conflict? https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website/

    I hope this information was helpful to you. Please let us know if we can further help.

    Best Regards,
    Victor

    #286287

    Hey there!

    Could you double-check whether your code snippet is active? You should see its switch with color like this – https://share.zight.com/jku66Kb5

    Also, if you are using a cache plugin, make sure to clear it – https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache/

    Let us know how it goes.

    #286159

    Hi there,

    Kindly clear website and server caches if the new Gravatar image is not reflecting on your website.

    To force your website to use the new image:
    * disable the local Gravatar feature
    * go to /wp-content/gravatars WordPress directory
    * delete all the files there
    * enable the local Gravatar feature again.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Best,
    Chito

    Hi, Rachid!

    Are you submitting the ticket on this page? If you’re using a VPN, could you turn that off and try to log in and submit a ticket again?

    When I viewed your page, I could see the text in color white – https://share.zight.com/L1u8WYjB.

    Were you able to resolve the style issue already?

    After updating page contents or any other settings, make sure to purge your website cache. I saw that you’re using the WP Rocket. Follow their guide here to clear the cache – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/53-clear-wp-rocket-cache.

    Let us know if we can help you further.

    I just activated Litespeed Cache’s lazy load function, and it caused my .site-main-header-inner-wrap “height,” “min-height,” and “max-height” styles to jump from 95px to 215px.
    These styles are being defined in-line, and don’t know where they’re coming from. In the customizer, I have my header > main row defined as 80px.
    No other style on my site has changed.

    This is something I could pretty easily fix with CSS, but I feel like I shouldn’t have to. I’d really rather not have some errant workaround hiding in some forgotten corner of my site if something changes in the future

    Any idea what going on?

    Hello,

    I have a problem with my home page. On this one I use text blocks and apply a color to the text. Everything was working fine until my text went from white to dark gray. When I check in the editor, my text is white, but not on the frontend. I’ve purged the wp rocket cache but nothing works. It seems that the color class is not applied?

    Could you please check?

    best regards

    Hello!

    I was wondering if anyone has had issues with the wprocket plugin conflicting with your Kadence and in particular with the mobile and tablet settings on WooTemplates. I thought clearing the cache after doing an update to a WooTemplate would be good enough, but I noticed that only clears it on desktop. There are many settings that don’t show how I set them in the mobile and tablet block settings even after clearing the cache. I deactivated wprocket and immediately the design looks how I set it up for mobile and tablet. I ma hoping that someone has specific settings that I could look at to help this. I do want to keep wprocket as it’s made the performance of the site overall excellent. This is the only issue I have found.

    Hey Chris,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I tried viewing the website using a Mac and Safari, but I didn’t see the pink lines in the screenshot you provided. I also tried on different web browsers using the Mac and a Windows PC as well. Can you have your client clear their Browser Cache and see if the pink lines still appear?

    Can you also ensure your client’s Mac and Safari are up-to-date? If the client has a different browser on their Mac, can you also have them test the website from there? Thanks!

    I hope this information was helpful. Please let us know if this works for you or if we can further help.

    I’m encountering a similar issue, and it’s not limited to just mobile; it’s affecting my desktop experience as well. I’ve gone through the steps of deactivating the cache and temporarily disabling plugins one by one, but I’m still unable to resolve the problem. Additionally, I’ve thoroughly examined the page for off-screen elements that might be causing this, but so far, no luck in identifying the culprit.

    #285959

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the link to the product page, but the page can’t be found. Did you delete the product?

    Is that a variable product? If so, please double-check the stocks in the variation tab on the edit page – here’s a video for reference: https://share.zight.com/2NuWqBG6

    However, if “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” is enabled, the variations that have no stock will be automatically removed from the single product page, but the products will still be visible on the archive page if the other variations have stock.

    It looks like you have SiteGround caching, have you already cleared all types of caches there?

    To look closer at the issue, can you send another working link?

    Best,
    Chito

    I am having the same problem, only mine is the same in desktop. I have tried deactivating the cache and temporarily deactivating the plugins one by one but could not fix the issue. I also looked for off-screen elements that might cause this but couldn’t find any. https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-scooterpress-org/5ge2uwerna?form_factor=mobile

    #285914

    I have done everything on this link https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website? but still the issue exist.
    All the plugins and themes are up to date, I have cleared the cached too, resaved the permalink setting to flush the permalinks, the paginations works well on other archive pages like category and tag pages, but doesn’t work on the blog page.

    Hi Wes,

    Thanks for the link to the page.

    I clicked the button on that page, but the Conversion item showed up after a few minutes which is weird.

    I tried replicating this issue on my test site but was unable to – here’s a video: https://share.zight.com/9ZuL0kNY

    Can you please clear all kinds of caches on your website and server? If the issue persists, please do the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article:
    https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website/

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hey, Rick!

    I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    I’d say your mobile accessibility should be close to or equal to the desktop score. Also, the error shown is for the contrast ratio but looking at the colors on your page, they have a good contrast ratio.

    If I check your other page in PageSpeed Insights, there’s no error. Here’s a link.

    Have you tried deactivating the cache and temporarily deactivating the plugins one by one? This is so you can pinpoint whether one of them is causing the issue on the homepage. Here are some references:

    If you have a test or staging copy of your website, I suggest doing the troubleshooting steps there.

    Let us know how we can help you further with this.

    Hi, Irina!

    I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    Could you try editing the custom CSS code to this:

    @media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
        .wp-site-blocks .wc-block-grid .wc-block-grid__products {
            grid-template-columns: 1fr 1fr!important;
            column-gap: 0.5rem;
        }
    }

    If you have any cache plugin, please clear it after saving your changes.

    Let us know if this works for you.

    Regards,
    Karla

    Hey Faizan,

    Can you try clearing your Website and Browser Cache after Publishing your Changes and see if the changes show then? Can you also go over all of the steps in this Troubleshooting Article?

    Whenever you save the changes after each action, can you check for Console Logged Errors? Please send us any error(s) you may receive.

    You may have a Plugin Conflict on your website. You can consider using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to check for Plugin Conflicts.

    Hi there,

    Recaptcha hasn’t been working on my Mailpoet newsletter signup forms since at least Saturday, maybe longer. No matter how many times you try to solve the captcha, it always says you’re wrong.

    I’ve tried disabling different plugins to see if there’s a conflict but I’m not finding it. This is a difficult thing to test because I can’t just keep signing up for my own newsletter using my same email address 50 times a day, it will give an error. So a shot-in-the-dark trial and error approach to testing my signup form over and over again after disabling plugins is not a good strategy.

    Mailpoet support suggested a cache conflict and recommended I exclude every page on my website that has a signup form from my cache, but the form is on EVERY PAGE across my whole website so I’m not doing that. Their other suggestion is that it could be a conflict with the theme.

    Does anyone have any idea if the Kadence theme could cause issues for MailPoet’s built in captcha function?

    This is my website. If you try to sign up for the newsletter form as a test and it does not ask you to type in a captcha, that is probably because I am actively messing around in the settings and I might be changing it back and forth from “disable captcha” to “enable captcha” multiple times a day while trying to figure this out.

    Thanks,
    Claire

    Hi there,

    I am not able to replicate this issue on a test site. See Video: https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQuN0kE9

    Does it behave the same even if you try to change the theme to a Default WordPress Theme like the Twenty Twenty-One theme?
    Do you have any browser extensions?

    1. Check Your User Role: Verify that your user role has the necessary permissions to view the admin bar.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser’s cache to ensure it’s not causing the problem.
    3. Admin Bar Settings: Review your user profile settings in WordPress to ensure the “Show Toolbar when viewing site” option is enabled.
    4. Theme or Plugin Issues: Test for conflicts by switching to a default theme and deactivating plugins one by one to identify potential culprits.
    5. Custom Code: Investigate any custom code in your theme or plugins that might be affecting the admin bar.
    6. JavaScript Errors: Check the browser’s developer console for JavaScript errors that could be impacting the admin bar.
    7. Update Everything: Ensure WordPress, themes, and plugins are up to date as outdated components can lead to problems.
    8. Browser Extensions: Disable browser extensions or try a different browser to rule out extensions causing the issue.
    9. Server Cache: Clear any server-level caching you might be using, as it could be influencing the admin bar display.
    10. Security Software: Temporarily disable third-party security software on your computer to check if it’s blocking elements of your website.

    I hope this helps. If you have further questions, please let us know; we’ll be happy to help.

    Best regards,
    Teejay.
