Good day,

I have a query – everytime when I clean my cache – and i browse on my website –
The “Featured Products” price – always display “EX VAT pricing.

When i click into the product – then it display the INC VAT pricing.

Please advice if this is normal? Or else can i please hide the pricing on my featured products?

Als regard to featured price row – how do i have a “Featured Product” On my homepage for “New Products” ?

Please can u advice?

I have set FF to automatically clear the cache everytime it closes. The strange thing is that it only happens on my desktop PC, on my tablet the page displays fine in FF.

I can send you an image but it only shows the page without the images below, so I don’t think that’s very interesting. I have noticed however that when I hover over the area where the images are supposed to be the navigation arrows on the left and right appear.

I guess this has something to do with my local desktop rather than with the template.

I’m not seeing this issue when viewing in firefox. Have you cleared your browser cache? Can you send as screenshot?

Hi John,
Facebook can sometimes take a while for its cache to clear and to register that there is an image to display. Using an SEO plugin will allow you to set up meta tags. We recommend Yoast- https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ A sharing plugin would also allow for this.

I just viewed from firefox and had no issue. Try clearing your cache.

I’m still seeing that you’re on an older version of the theme. Have you tried clearing your site’s cache since updating to 4.0.4?

When I look on a laptop I see the logo aligned? Why don’t you talk me through how you go about clearing your cache?

Have you thought to inspect the element? What do you see is having an effect on the positioning?

yes, cache cleared and used /?nocache=1

I put your code in the Custom CSS box

@media (max-width: 768px) {
.topbar-widget {
display: none;
}
}

but I still see a topbar on my phone. Do you see it on mobile?

Hi Kevin,

I tried deactivating all plugins and in a different browser (first time, no cache) and it still overlaps. This only happens with row full width stretched setting.

could you try to reproduce it in one of your demo sites perhaps?

I’m seeing this happen in firefox now on mac. Firstly, you should try deactivating your active plugins one by one, checking the gallery when each plugin is turned off.

be sure to clear your cache after each plugin, if that’s applicable to your site.

Let me know if you find one that makes a difference.

Weird, I’m seeing it circular. What browser are you using? I’m seeing this in your css:

```
Are you adding that? Make sure your cache is cleared.

Try clearing your cache. If there’s no change I would suggest asking your host to increase your upload_max_filesize. Let me know if it still doesn’t work.

After selecting no index did you clear your cache? I don’t believe this would be a theme issue. Have you tried contacting Yoast support? Can you post a link?
